Important information:

- Guests are required to provide names (same as the travel document) in English at the time of booking. Other languages are not accepted. Name changes made after booking are not permitted.

-All guests must be registered at check-in and present a valid passport or identification document, along with valid authorization to stay slip.

- Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel directly to arrange payment for extra person charges.

-Breakfast-included rates include breakfasts for up to 2 adults only. Breakfast for children and/or extra guests will be charged separately.

- Once the booking is completed, hotel reserves the right to debit guests' credit card. A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. Virtual credit card is not accepted.

- The same physical credit card used for booking must be presented by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment.

- The Hotel does not accept third party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of credit card and photo ID/passport of credit card holder are all submitted to hotel 7 days prior the arrival date. Please contact the hotel directly for further assistance.

- Booking exceeding 2 rooms with the same guest name is not allowed.

- Guests aged under 18 must be accompanied by adults (aged above 18) when staying at the property.

- The property offer free shuttle service from the airport, ferry terminals, and border gates. For running times and pickup/drop-off locations, please contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

- If the guest is unable to present the original credit card upon check-in, the hotel will process the refund to the original credit card and charge the guest on-site. The hotel will not bear any costs due to foreign exchange rates.

-Buffet breakfast is served at Churchill's Table, the price for an additional breakfast is MOP 306 per adult, MOP 154 per child (Aged 4-12), and free for children aged 3 or below.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great place for family
Pros:

The hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Food at the Churchill's Table was yummy as well.

The crew who assisted us, Reggie and Dylan. especially Reggie, were very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Would definitely come back!

Brilliant & Luxury stay at Londoner - Conrad
Pros:

Londoner - Conrad - simply brilliant !! Expansive sized rooms, absolute luxury with minute detailings done for a comfortable stay. The view from the room was brilliant. We had 2 rooms and unfortunately they could not place us in the same floor but they upgraded the rooms with a better view to compensate.

Cons:

Even after booking well before, they could not provide us 2 rooms on the same floor, which was bit of inconvenience to 2 families travelling together.

Excellent views, better service
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful hotel, spacious room with amazing views. Mall and restaurants conneceted to the hotel for easy access. Much appreciated the lovely service from Reggie at Conrad guest services. Very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for the suggestions and directions Reggie!
