Important information:

- Guests are required to provide names (same as the travel document) in English at the time of booking. Other languages are not accepted. Name changes made after booking are not permitted.

-All guests must be registered at check-in and present a valid passport or identification document, along with valid authorization to stay slip.

- Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel directly to arrange payment for extra person charges.

-Breakfast-included rates include breakfasts for up to 2 adults only. Breakfast for children and/or extra guests will be charged separately.

- Once the booking is completed, hotel reserves the right to debit guests' credit card. A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. Virtual credit card is not accepted.

- The same physical credit card used for booking must be presented by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment.

- The Hotel does not accept third party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of credit card and photo ID/passport of credit card holder are all submitted to hotel 7 days prior the arrival date. Please contact the hotel directly for further assistance.

- Booking exceeding 2 rooms with the same guest name is not allowed.

- Guests aged under 18 must be accompanied by adults (aged above 18) when staying at the property.

- The property offer free shuttle service from the airport, ferry terminals, and border gates. For running times and pickup/drop-off locations, please contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

- If the guest is unable to present the original credit card upon check-in, the hotel will process the refund to the original credit card and charge the guest on-site. The hotel will not bear any costs due to foreign exchange rates.

All the staff is so well trained. Honestly we were welcome like palace people. Even other 5 stars hotel doesn't does that .
It was our anniversary and we had a big suite room with beautiful view upgrade and a cake. Thanks again for that.

Hotelzimmer und Frühstück an sich top und luxuriös. Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Organisation teils etwas kompliziert. Das führt zu Wartezeit bei. Frühstück und Bestellung am Pool. Zimmer eigentlich toll, manche Details aber unpraktisch. Z.B. nur eine Möglichkeit mit europäischem Stecker oder USB, Handy etc. zu laden.

Une parenthèse enchantée entre Londres et Macao
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Conrad Macao. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu l’impression d’entrer dans une véritable bulle à part, comme transportés en plein cœur de Londres le temps de quelques jours.

La chambre était très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Le personnel a été irréprochable tout au long du séjour : attentionné, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les services proposés, notamment les navettes gratuites qui permettent de se déplacer facilement dans la ville, ainsi que la navette directe pour le ferry qui est elle aussi très pratique.

Le petit déjeuner était varié et de grande qualité, avec un large choix qui permet de satisfaire toutes les envies.

Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal : entre le Londoner juste en face, le Parisian et le Venetian à proximité, il y a énormément de choses à faire sans même avoir besoin de quitter le complexe. Les casinos directement dans l’hôtel font également partie de l’expérience et valent le détour.
Nous aurions pu rester plusieurs jours de plus sans jamais nous ennuyer. Nous gardons un souvenir mémorable de ce séjour, qui a largement contribué à rendre notre passage à Macao inoubliable.
