The welcome to the hotel was superb! JIMMMY a young man at the front desk was brillant. His skill and warm hospitality made me comfortable from the beginning. His personal guidance was professional and he always had a nice smile. He was not only a receptionist but an ambassador for the Conrad brand.
He placed me in a great comfortable room and it made the whole stay marvelous.
The clean large rooms are a fun relaxing and had great views.
The location of the hotel is central. Meals and casino action are a step away. I will be back to this hotel as soon as I can.
