Important information:

- Guests are required to provide names (same as the travel document) in English at the time of booking. Other languages are not accepted. Name changes made after booking are not permitted.

-All guests must be registered at check-in and present a valid passport or identification document, along with valid authorization to stay slip.

- Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel directly to arrange payment for extra person charges.

-Breakfast-included rates include breakfasts for up to 2 adults only. Breakfast for children and/or extra guests will be charged separately.

- Once the booking is completed, hotel reserves the right to debit guests' credit card. A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. Virtual credit card is not accepted.

- The same physical credit card used for booking must be presented by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment.

- The Hotel does not accept third party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of credit card and photo ID/passport of credit card holder are all submitted to hotel 7 days prior the arrival date. Please contact the hotel directly for further assistance.

- Booking exceeding 2 rooms with the same guest name is not allowed.

- Guests aged under 18 must be accompanied by adults (aged above 18) when staying at the property.

- The property offer free shuttle service from the airport, ferry terminals, and border gates. For running times and pickup/drop-off locations, please contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

- If the guest is unable to present the original credit card upon check-in, the hotel will process the refund to the original credit card and charge the guest on-site. The hotel will not bear any costs due to foreign exchange rates.

-Buffet breakfast is served at Churchill's Table, the price for an additional breakfast is MOP 306 per adult, MOP 154 per child (Aged 4-12), and free for children aged 3 or below.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο έμεινα πέρυσι ξανά.
Γνώριζα πως ήταν και για αυτό το επέλεξα ξανά
Αλλά όπως και πέρυσι φέτος ακόμη περισσότερο αυτό που κάνει την διαφορά είναι το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό
Από την manager στις κρατήσεις μέχρι και τα παιδιά στην reception και τους υπόλοιπους εργαζόμενους που συναντάς η ευγένεια και η εξυπηρέτηση ξεχείλιζε

Cons:

Самый долгий чекин в моей жизни,номера старые и обшарпанные, воняет сыростью, хоть этаж был для некурящих, но на жутко пахло сигаретами, на территории отеля очень холодно, сервис отсутствует, казино самое унылое из всех. Единственный плюс- завтрак был более-менее, не вернусь и не рекомендую.

部屋もロケーションも素晴らしいと思います。二度目の利用です。前回はスタッフの対応があまりにも素晴らしく感動したことをクチコミでお伝えしました。

Cons:

今回二度目の滞在は残念ながら、とても不快な思いをしました。チェックインを２時間半も待たされたことです。２部屋の予約で１部屋分です。そのため、その日の観光や食事の予定変更に気を使いました。しかも、翌日のチェックアウトは12時だと聞いていたのに、10時にスタッフがドアを叩いてチェックアウトするよう急に言いました。とても、嫌な気分になってしまいました。前回は感動するほど、気分良く滞在出来たのに残念でした。

Exceptional service at Conrad baggage counter
Pros:

I would like to commend the staff especially the one handling the baggage counter who have made it exceptional when it comes to providing us with transportation. Reggie was the one who assisted me on my last trip here in Macao wherein his service is exceptional as he goes all out of his way to assist us through and through everytime I am here with family. Together with his teammates Alice and Ricardo who make it a point to deliver a topnoch service when it comes to guest relations.
Also would like to commend Dhay at Churchill who had been so kind to assist my dad every breakfast while he was there. Also Glenda from the health club who have make it a point to greet me on my first name everytime I visit the health club.

Conrad Macao is our home away from home when in Macau.
