Important information:

- Guests are required to provide names (same as the travel document) in English at the time of booking. Other languages are not accepted. Name changes made after booking are not permitted.

-All guests must be registered at check-in and present a valid passport or identification document, along with valid authorization to stay slip.

- Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel directly to arrange payment for extra person charges.

-Breakfast-included rates include breakfasts for up to 2 adults only. Breakfast for children and/or extra guests will be charged separately.

- Once the booking is completed, hotel reserves the right to debit guests' credit card. A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. Virtual credit card is not accepted.

- The same physical credit card used for booking must be presented by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment.

- The Hotel does not accept third party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of credit card and photo ID/passport of credit card holder are all submitted to hotel 7 days prior the arrival date. Please contact the hotel directly for further assistance.

- Booking exceeding 2 rooms with the same guest name is not allowed.

素晴らしかった！
Pros:

全てにおいて素晴らしかったです。長年、夫婦で旅行を楽しんできましたが、今回のコンラッド・マカオホテルが最高だったように思います。お部屋、設備、ロケーションはもちろん、スタッフさんのおもてなしと笑顔に感動しました。脱ぎ捨ててあった上着をたたみ、乱雑なスマホなどの充電器の線をまとめてくれたり。コンラッド・ベアのお土産、サテンのスリッパ。就寝前のお部屋の片付け、ベッドサイドのお水。言い尽くせないほどのおもてなしでした。夫婦とも大満足で、いい旅になりました。

Pros:

Love the spacious room and we were assigned connecting room with view of the Big Ben and we love it. Room is very clean too and we enjoyed the comfy bed and bathtub.

Spa is good (expensive but good)

Cons:

We booked two rooms(3 adults 1 toddler) and the hotel could only offer rooms on two different levels, which made our journey everyday bit troublesome. The lifts would take some time to arrive which kinda worsened the experience.

Both floors have smoking smell even though it says no smoking. Guess it’s quite common for casino related hotels

Highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Conrad Macau. Everything was excellent — from the friendly service to the convenient location. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the food court on the 3rd floor offered great options. Bonus: there’s a hop-on hop-off bus tour stop right nearby, which makes exploring Macau super easy.

Apart from this moment, the hotel is of high standard and we would recommend it to others
Pros:

We stayed one night at Conrad Macao and overall we were very pleased. The rooms are excellent — spacious, modern, with extremely comfortable beds and a nice view over Cotai Strip. Location is perfect, with frequent free shuttles to Venetian, Parisian and Wynn Palace.

Cons:

The staff was polite and attentive. However, there seems to be an internal inconsistency in the coordination between the hotel’s different departments. I booked the room through Booking.com with breakfast included for the whole family and clearly selected the ages of my children (13 and 17 years old). When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that free breakfast is only for children under 12. We had to show our booking confirmation, after which the staff kindly agreed to provide complimentary breakfast for the older kids.
I believe the hotel should resolve such discrepancies internally with their own reservation department beforehand, instead of putting guests in the position of having to prove their rights and listen to explanations on the spot
