Important information:

- Guests are required to provide names (same as the travel document) in English at the time of booking. Other languages are not accepted. Name changes made after booking are not permitted.

-All guests must be registered at check-in and present a valid passport or identification document, along with valid authorization to stay slip.

- Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel directly to arrange payment for extra person charges.

-Breakfast-included rates include breakfasts for up to 2 adults only. Breakfast for children and/or extra guests will be charged separately.

- Once the booking is completed, hotel reserves the right to debit guests' credit card. A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. Virtual credit card is not accepted.

- The same physical credit card used for booking must be presented by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment.

- The Hotel does not accept third party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of credit card and photo ID/passport of credit card holder are all submitted to hotel 7 days prior the arrival date. Please contact the hotel directly for further assistance.

- Booking exceeding 2 rooms with the same guest name is not allowed.

- Guests aged under 18 must be accompanied by adults (aged above 18) when staying at the property.

- The property offer free shuttle service from the airport, ferry terminals, and border gates. For running times and pickup/drop-off locations, please contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

- If the guest is unable to present the original credit card upon check-in, the hotel will process the refund to the original credit card and charge the guest on-site. 房間號碼再1213這排方向可以看到巴黎鐵塔，在高樓層1710的雙數方向可以看到大笨鐘，飯店服務超好，可以借轉接插頭，借放行李，借生理用品，延後退房時間都是免費的，還有接駁巴士到市區，如果趕不上接駁巴士，放行李的接待人員還會幫你打車(叫車)到你要去的地方，行李還直接幫你放上車，你只要舒服的享受這高級至上的服務，最厲害的是飯店的床和枕頭，枕頭有附軟枕和硬枕，床睡起來舒服完全沒有腰酸背痛的感覺，真的有把疲憊消除，備品是BYREDO的洗手乳、香皂、沐浴乳和護髮乳真的很喜歡，連沐浴的蓮蓬頭都好好洗，最後床的熊娃娃跟拖鞋都可以帶回家，這個飯店真的是沒有地方可以挑剔的，超級完美！！！

100% luxury at a reasonable price
Pros:

The room I booked facing the Eiffel Tower was large, spacious, and luxurious. The view was stunning! The robe, slippers, and towels, were heavy and soft. The staff were very focused on ensuring I had a good stay. I immediately got more coffee when I asked and I had the concierge help plan a 3-day itinerary. Everything in the room was of the highest quality. This was such a treat for me as it’s the nicest hotel (and hotel room) I have ever stayed in. Absolutely loved it!

We booked our stay here on a bit of a whim and as soon as we walked into the room wished we had booked longer than 1 night! The room was absolutely stunning and so much more impressive than it looked in the photos, the bathroom had a lovely spa bath.
Location was very central and it was a lovely spot to explore the strip on foot and grab a meal at one of the many restaurants nearby.
Staff were extremely helpful in assiting us to book a limo service to the ferry terminal on our departure & catching the coach on arrival at the terminal was also very easy.

Cons:

There was fan noise that ran all night that we couldn't seem to turn off and therefore unfortunately interupted our sleep.
