Was loads of fun
Pros:

The spa was amazing and lots of variety of restaurants and pubs & shops that were walking distance

Cons:

The access cards kept not working. The funny smell of the carpet and tv in room didn’t work

Good location. A couple of nice breakfast places in walking distance.

Cons:

Room was a bit of a strange configuration. Very small toilet.

Pros:

Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and fast. I actually liked the weird bath in bedroom situation.

Cons:

The room had carpet flooring which felt really humid and filled with bacteria. The bed was uncomfortable for more than one person at a time as it was really shaky or unstable. Not a fan of the Cockroach (not a small one) in one of the rooms.

In the first room there was no hot water
We got moved to a second room where the aircon ran with water all over the tiles and we needed all our towels to soak it up so we didn’t slip on the way to the Bathroom.
We were entitled to a free drink and Nasi Goreng, however, the hotel bar and restaurant is not open on Sunday (we were not informed of this when booking).
We got a third room on Monday with hot water and an aircon that didn’t pour water.
I asked for a room upgrade because of all the trouble and they wouldn’t do that. All that I was offered was free parking $20 per day.
Vouchers could only be used when the bar opened at 4pm and we were going out that evening.
