Bell’hotel con comodo parcheggio
Pros:

Camera molto ampia e ben arredata con un piccolo terrazzo. Abbiamo usufruito del comodo parcheggio sotto l’hotel al costo di 30 euro a notte. Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione.

Cons:

Rispetto alle dimensioni della stanza, il bagno era un po’ sacrificato

Pros:

Nonostante siamo stati una sola notte devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera pulita, ben arredata, silenziosa e con letto king size grazie alla disponibilita' del personale alla reception che e' prontamente venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze last minute. Consigliatissimo

I unexpectedly went to Rome and booked 1 x night at the lovely hotel and arrived 15 minutes later...and what a wonderful hotel it is! The lovely girl on reception who checked me in was outstanding and so welcoming! My to was large, comfortable and had everything I needed! I had a couple of drinks in the bar, lovely young man server, and had such a relaxing evening I decided to book another night! The next day I was jist enjoying relaxing in the room when reception called to mention to get my key updated as staying the extra night, lovely! I did just that and settled my bill, ordered some dinner which took so long to arrive (takeaway) there was the lovely receptionist from day before and then another lovely girl, she got the lift for me carrying my food, hope the pizza and chips were nice! Next morning leaving early for airport and another lovely receptionist sorted a car for and the gentleman receptionist to were just so friendly and helpful. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in with the best staff and if I ever have the pleasure of being in Rome again, I will be making a stop here! Thank you to all of you!

In Summe okay
Pros:

Es war sauber und die Betten sind gut. Lage ist auch gut. Zum Kolosseum und zum Vatikan sind es zu Fuß jeweils circa 1 Stunde.
Ein männlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption stach positiv hervor. Sehr nett, interessierte sich für die Gäste und vermittelte den Eindruck, dass er es wirklich gerne macht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon sehr abgewohnt. Unter anderem: Kaputte Ecken im Bad, Flecken an den Wänden, kaputte Gardinenschieber, ein Fenster, was so verzogen ist, dass es schwer zu öffnen geht. Insgesamt auch sehr hellhörig, in 2 von 5 Nächten war es wirklich laut. Auch hat es in der ersten Nacht auf einmal sehr stark nach Rauch gerochen. Nach dem Ausschalten der AC und Lüften ging es.
Der Check In war eher emotionslos. Kein "herzlich willkommen", "schön, dass sie da sind", "wie war die Anreise", etc. Der Check Out verlief ähnlich. Da ist auf jeden Fall Luft nach oben. Alles in allem war es okay, aber buchen würde ich es nicht nochmal.
