Overall relaxing stay at an excellent location.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are exceptional. The buffet is very good and I would recommend snorkelling in front of the hotel.

Cons:

We were originally provided rooms right next to construction in the building that lasted all day and involved painting. I complained and we were moved and upgraded. If we hadn’t been moved, we would have not enjoyed our stay. They should have flagged this in the hotel description. The indoor pool is in need of some repairs.

何度かフロントの方にお世話になりましたが、顧客目線で臨機応変に対応してくれました。

Island heaven discovered. Truly glorious location.
Pros:

Location, location, location. The beach, pools and hotel are glorious. Outside infinity pool is a joy to be around. Beach appears not to be sand but is ground up coral. Beds and rooms are comfy. Lunch buffet in restaurant is not to be missed. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. Very short walk to local bars and restaurants. Inside pools are warmer and tend to attract younger guests and families.

Cons:

Very little to dislike.

I would definitely stay there again.

The location on the beach was amazing.

Cons:

I knew in advance but my daughter could not use the facilities as she has a LOT of tattoos. There were 2 lovely pools.

Pros:

月亮灘飯店是沖繩老牌的度假飯店，這次入住的海景房可以直接從房間的陽台眺望大海跟沙灘，並免費使用貴賓休息室提供的餐點和飲料。服務人員親切熱心，對外國旅客友善且願意提供協助。
飯店的內部設計頗為獨特，中庭的黃金葛形成的綠牆，更增添熱帶風情。是本身就值得花一整天到處逛逛、放鬆的飯店。

Cons:

房間玄關、浴室有台階，一不小心可能會踩空/被絆倒，感覺對老人跟小孩比較不友善。如果可以改進台階的問題，會考慮再次回訪。
