Il soggiorno è stato un vero incubo e, fortunatamente, sono riuscito a cambiare hotel nel giro di poche ore dal mio arrivo.

La struttura è sporca, tenuta malissimo e la manutenzione è praticamente inesistente. Ho provato a mangiare qualcosa sia il giorno dell’arrivo sia prima di lasciare l’hotel, ma l’esperienza è stata pessima, le cappe della cucina non funzionano e, dopo aver mangiato, i miei vestiti puzzavano letteralmente di cibo.

Avevo prenotato per me e per i miei familiari camere di 32 m², ma ci sono state assegnate camere di meno di 20 m², quindi completamente diverse da quelle prenotate.

Inoltre, il personale non parla inglese e comunicare era possibile praticamente solo tramite traduttori, rendendo ogni richiesta estremamente complicata e frustrante.

Un’esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Lo sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque.

Bortsett från de tunna futonerna var vi mycket nöjda! Underbart vackert ställe!

Underbart läge, gillade den lite retroaktiga resortkänslan. Trevligt med balkongen mot havet.

Cons:

Jag tycker nog att man, för det pris vi betalade, kunde ha fyra riktiga sängar istället för två riktiga och två futoner. Det var i princip bara bäddmadrasser på golvet inte ens tjockare futoner som på andra ställen. Min man och son kunde inte sova på dem utan att få ont i ryggen.

Pros:

The most exceptional thing about this hotel is the staff and how well it is organised across the hotel - reception, restaurant, pool and beach staff… I would like to highlight the reception staff, which was extremely professioal (despite a language barrier, which we resolved with Google Translator), proactive and helped us organise our early departure caused by approaching typhoon, including taxi, reimbursement and breakfast boxes. We couldn’t be more grateful for their approach.

Cons:

Some of the areas are a but aged, but I understood that the hotel is going through a renovation. I really envy the guests that will experience this new face of Moon Beach Resort when the renovations are finished 😊

Mare stupendo. Location moderna seppure costruita fine anni 80. Elegante e curato il servizio.
Pros:

La posizione esclusiva sulla spiaggia privata e una struttura non troppo “imponente” (alta o troppo moderna)ma ben inserita nel contesto naturalistico ad hoc. Eccellente il design.

Cons:

soltanto che l’accesso alla spiaggia avveniva dalle ore 9.00 alle 18.00; forse avrei anticipato e ritardato un po’. Un po’ di varieta’ - tra i vari giorni- nel buffet serale. Buffet comunque molto buono e cursto.
