Igiene, muffa di fianco la doccia, muffa in un asciugamano, capelli di donna per tutto il bagno, reception arrogante, assistenza clienti praticamente scoordinata con la reception, animaletti in stanza anche se con la finestra chiusa

Séjour agréable à proximité de la plage

A vista eram lindas

Cons:

Estive hospedada no hotel Tent Arenal, em Mallorca, com os meus filhos entre os dias 28/07 e 04/08. Foram dias especiais, de muito amor, cumplicidade e diversão em família. Gostámos muito da vista do hotel, da excelente localização e da piscina (embora fechasse cedo). A decoração do hotel é moderna e bonita, o que nos agradou bastante.

No entanto, infelizmente, alguns aspetos comprometeram a experiência.

Primeiramente, a limpeza dos quartos deixou muito a desejar: durante os 7 dias de estadia, as funcionárias apenas puxavam os lençóis das camas, sem nunca trocar os mesmos. Tanto a minha cama como a dos meus filhos tinham frequentemente migalhas. O chão estava constantemente sujo com areia, mesmo após as limpezas. Isto é inaceitável para um hotel deste porte.

Mas o mais grave e constrangedor aconteceu na área da piscina: enquanto estava com os meus filhos, fui abordada por um funcionário que, educadamente, pediu que o acompanhasse até à recepção. Chegando lá, outro funcionário perguntou o número do meu quarto. Depois de responder, ele disse que “não devia ser eu”, sem explicar mais nada. Questionei o que se passava, mas disseram que não era nada.

Voltei para junto dos meus filhos, mas fui novamente abordada pelo mesmo funcionário, que insistiu em perguntar meu nome e sobrenome. Quando questionei o motivo, ele apenas respondeu de forma evasiva, dizendo que não era proibido perguntar nomes (!). Achei a abordagem extremamente estranha e desconfortável.

Dirigi-me à recepção para obter esclarecimentos, e para meu choque, fui informada de que estavam a confundir-me com outra hóspede apenas por termos ambos um casal de filhos e sermos de origem africana. A senhora em questão era muito mais velha que eu, e os filhos dela tinham idades bastante diferentes dos meus. Fiquei verdadeiramente incomodada com essa suposição, que claramente se baseou apenas na cor da pele.
