Geweldig (toeristisch) hotel met veel faciliteiten.
Pros:

Heerlijk uitgebreide brunch tot half 2. Je kunt in en uit lopen wanneer je wilt. Super!

Cons:

Airco maakt af en toe raar geluid en de temperatuur was niet te regelen.

Pros:

L'accueil et la facilité d'installation à notre arrivée, la propreté, le petit déjeuner...le rapport qualité/prix.
Parfait pour combiner la fête et découverte de l'Île.
Un plus pour la consigne bagage et la possibilité de se doucher à tour heure de la nuit, même apres le check-out !!

Experiência a não repetir
Pros:

Tem de facto uma localização muito central, mas a zona é péssima, não recomendo Arenal para ficar hospedado a não ser que se procure barulho e ambiente de bares. A decoração dos espaços comuns está muito gira e renovada.

Cons:

O barulho e as pessoas que estavam hospedadas que claramente estavam bebadas ou com ressaca. O quarto é básico e a limpeza deixa muito a desejar (ainda havia areia numa dona do quarto), assim como havia cabelos no wc, a sanita estava mal lavada e havia um cheiro constante a esgoto. O pequeno-almoço tem variedade, mas falta de qualidade. Além disso, o hotel não é fechado, pelo que qualquer pessoa pode entrar e sair, usar a piscina e as zonas comuns.

Personnel très agréable et accueillant
Brunch varié, fourni et excellent (début à 8h, un peu tard pour les lève-tôt que nous sommes !)
Très belle piscine, bien entretenue

Close to the beach and even has a pool!
Pros:

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are very well kept and the hotel and the rooms were very clean. You could ask the housekeepers to clean the room when you would like. The man on the reception was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was 8/10 because it missed some fresh fruit and it was mostly adjusted to british turist, but no hard feelings there was a variety of food you choose from. It had an elevator and we were able to always find a parking place for our motorcycle. There was a pool, a lounge area and you could order food from a good restaurant and they can bring it to your room. Overall it was a very good hotel and it was located like 3 minutes from the beach.

Cons:

The pool could have been opened for more hours.
