Helpful staff at reception and doorman great help with luggage. Reception arranged transport to Sapa.
Breakfast was good and staff was always there to help. Sometimes a bit of a crowd but always had room.

Excellent stay and freqt service from hotel staffs
The hotel was visited twice as part of a group tour so perhaps we were not given the best rooms but on both occasions there was a clear smell of mould. We found it growing near the window in the second room
In the first room the bath was cracked so badly that when one used the shower stuff came up through the crack into the bath
The breakfast was fine and doorman was very helpful
I would rate the experience a 4 out of 5. Great Location. The staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and well maintained. But the furnishings were starting to show wear. The breakfast was 10 out of 10. I had dinner the last night of my stay and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Golden Silk Boutique Hotel to family and friends.

Great Hotel in the center of Hanoi old quarter, our reception Thào was very helpful and nice, she allowed us to check in early the day we arrived.

Great hotel, great location! The rooms and hotel were immaculate. The only negative comment it was hard to operate the shower. You need to pull the nob out, then turn the water on. Lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. The breakfast buffet had so many choices of yummy foods, and dinner was good as well.
We want to extend a huge thank you to your staff member, Ocean. He was so personable, helpful and very professional. You have an amazing team member in Ocean! Will recommend your hotel to friends and family!

My impressions of the Golden Silk Boutique Hotel were extremely positive. From the first minutes I felt welcomed — the staff were warm and attentive, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel itself has a cozy and elegant design that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The room was clean, nicely arranged, and quiet, allowing me to rest well after exploring the city. I especially liked the central location, because everything was within walking distance — cafés, shops, and major sights. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. In general, my stay left only good memories, and I would happily return here again.
