La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal mare e da tutti i servizi.

L’hôtel est bien entretenu et les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Il est très bien situé, avec des arrêts de bus à proximité pour rejoindre Palma ou d’autres destinations, tout en étant proche de la plage de S’Arenal.
Il y a également de nombreux restaurants à côté pour se restaurer.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est à volonté, varié et de bonne qualité.
Le seul point négatif est que la piscine est un peu petite pour la capacité de l’hôtel et qu’elle n’est accessible que de 10 h à 18 h.

Igiene da migliorare. Ogni giorno abbiamo segnalato un malfunzionamento dell’aria condizionata ma non è mai stato risolto.
Struttura ubicata in un quartiere così così.

Staff spreekt slecht Engels, zijn wel vriendelijk dus dat scheelt. Handdoeken werden niet verschoond en op een verzoek dat ik een aantal weken van tevoren had ingediend werd niet gereageerd. Toen we al 3 dagen in het hotel verbleven kregen we een standaard bericht over het inchecken als antwoord op mijn verzoek

The atmosphere was nice and staff friendly. The TV in the lounge was good for watching the World Cup football games. Very good selection for breakfast and it was nice that breakfast was open until noon.
Shower door did not keep water from getting out, so each time we took a shower, we ended up having a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

Freundliche Personal in der Rezeption
Bei einer Buchung von 5 Tagen wurde das Zimmer 1x gereinigt. Check out ist um 12 Uhr, um 7:30 und 8:50 Uhr wurde das Zimmer, während wir noch geschlafen haben, von den Putzkräften betreten. Duschgel war leer, die Dusche allgemein in einem echt ekligen Zustand.
