We liked it
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good and comfortable.
The breakfasts were especially great – they lasted until 1:30 pm, which is very convenient, and everyone could find something they liked.
I stayed with my mom, and since she has difficulty walking, we really appreciated that we were given a room on the first floor. When the toilet stopped working, it was fixed immediately. The room was a bit cold at first (around 16°C), but after we asked, they quickly adjusted the heating and gave us an extra blanket.
Check-out is at 12, but they kindly allowed us to stay about one and a half hours longer, which we really appreciated. We also liked the small book corner in the hotel lobby – a very nice and cozy detail.

Cons:

The only thing to keep in mind: if you have problems walking, the hill near the hotel can be a bit steep. However, if you walk a little further down the street, there is an easier, flatter way. The beach is close, about 5 minutes пешком, and there is also a bus stop right near the hotel.
Overall, we had a very nice stay. Thank you!

Es war nah am Meer & das frühstück / Brunch bis 14:00 war super :)

Cons:

Wenn man nicht am Ballermann seinen Urlaub verbringen will, würd ich es nicht empfehlen, da man da direkt im Geschehen ist :) ansonsten war es super.

El trato del staff es maravilloso, son muy atentos. El tamaño de la habitación perfecto. Las zonas comunes son geniales, y que puedas llevar comida de fuera lo hizo todo mucho más facil viajando con un niño

Cons:

Los colchones que nos tocaron estaban ya demasiado blandos. Había bastante polvo en la habitación al hacer el check in

- L emplacement, bien situé bien qu un peu loin du centre de Palma.
- Le bus direct pour l aeroport juste devant l hôtel
- Le brunch! Enfin un hôtel ou on peut dormir et quand même profiter du pdj jusqu'à 13h30, il était varié.

Cons:

- Le lit un peu dur.
- on a jamais trouvé comment allumer les lampes de chevets...

Nos encantó el brunch tan completo y variado, también que el hotel tenga espacios comunes agradables y diversos para poder estar,e gustaron especialmente las reposeras al sol, frente a la piscina y que el gym estuviese en un espacio semi abierto

Cons:

Me pareció que el aire acondicionado estaba sucio y hacía mucho ruido. También la primera noche pasamos frío, si bien nos entregaron más colchas en la recepción, creo que una nórdica de mejor calidad o más actual hubiese evitado esa experiencia

Avis : Très décevant – gros problème de propreté

Séjour extrêmement décevant, principalement à cause de la propreté de la chambre.

Les draps étaient dans un état inacceptable : à moitié troués, avec des taches anciennes qui ressemblaient à des traces de sang. Il y avait également du sable dans le lit à notre arrivée, ce qui est incompréhensible pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Nous avons demandé à changer les draps, mais ceux de remplacement étaient également usés et troués. La literie en général était très inquiétante : pas de vraie couette, mais des couvertures anciennes, visiblement peu entretenues.

Mon compagnon, qui est allergique aux acariens, a fait une réaction particulièrement forte durant le séjour (yeux rouges, éternuements, nez bouché). Dès que nous avons quitté l’hôtel, les symptômes ont disparu, ce qui en dit long sur l’état de la literie.

En plus de cela, le matelas était inconfortable et provoquait des douleurs au dos.

Nous n’avons malheureusement eu aucune solution satisfaisante de la part de l’établissement.

C’est vraiment dommage, car l’hôtel est plutôt joli et bien situé, mais la qualité de la literie et le manque d’hygiène rendent l’expérience inacceptable pour un établissement 3 étoiles.

Poussière partout dans la chambre !!!!
