Pros:

Super Service, gute Ausstattung, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, schöner Loungebereich

Cons:

Fahrstühle waren teilweise nicht im Einsatz, daher längere Wartezeiten auf Grund der Größe des Hotels

Mi aspettavo di più...
Cons:

Colazione dolce (non facciamo quella salata) composta da prodotti confezionati.
Si può migliorare tanto nelle pulizie delle stanze.
Mi dispiace molto, ma considerato il prezzo mi aspettavo di più.
Inoltre, non mi sento di consigliare la zona a famiglie con bambini.

Établissement confortable proche de la mer
Pros:

Bel établissement, personnel disponible et à l’écoute. Brunch illimité entre 8h00 et 13h30. Salle de sport et piscine. Proximité plage à 5 minutes.

Cons:

Petit souci de canalisation mais cela a été très vite pris en charge. Deux cafards dans notre chambre. Cheveux retrouvés dans les draps et quelques taches.

Buen desayuno y ubicación dentro del Arenal.
La habitación tenía buen tamaño

Cons:

Las camas no eran muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado llegaba justo a la cara mientras uno dormía.
El lugar tenía muchas habitaciones, sin embargo, sólo habían dos ascensores funcionando. Muchas veces tuve que subir y bajar por escaleras hasta el piso 8.

Für ein paar Tage ok, aber nochmal würde ich nicht kommen
Pros:

Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Top Lage, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Getränkepreise echt günstig.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, genauso wie der Pool, Betten entweder so durchgelegen und das andere sehr hart. Balkon zeigt Risse, man fühlt sich nicht sehr sicher. Aufzüge waren mehrmals ausser Betrieb. Frühstück am Abreisetag nicht verfügbar um 7.00 uhr. Was ärgerlich ist, wenn man dann den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Viel zu wenig Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool. Safe defekt.
Keine Allergene angeführt beim gesamten Frühstück, was als Allergiker (Zöliakie) echt mühsam ist.

Seconda volta che soggiorno qui!
Pros:

Tutto bellissimo! La vicinanza alla spiaggia, la possibilità di andare piu volte al brunch, illimitatamente. Dopo il check out si puo lasciare la valigia nel deposito bagagli, e c'ə anche la possibilità di farsi una doccia e danno pure gli asciugamani. Per chi vuole fare serata consiglio la discoteca Amok, che dista meno di 10 minuti con il taxi dall'hotel. Nel complesso super soddisfatta e contenta!
