Pros:

Nettes Personal

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig geputzt, die Klimaanlage und Fernseher haben nicht funktioniert. Es gab keinen Wasserdruck und die Armatur war komplett locker, Bettdecken gibt es keine, nur dünne Laken. Das Frühstück war leider nicht frisch, die Gurke hat schon einen Schleim mit sich gezogen. Wir würden nicht noch einmal buchen.

Nice short break only 2 streets from the sea. Hotel did everything it said on the tin !!
Pros:

Brunch food was amazing.

Cons:

Pool a bit limited and sinners tightly packed. No kettle or tea/coffee facilities.

Nel complesso consiglio l’hotel e ci tornerei volentieri.
Pros:

La struttura è accogliente, il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile, in particolar modo Ari. I servizi offerti hanno soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative. La posizione è ottima e la camera confortevole.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che ritengo possa essere migliorato riguarda la pulizia in camera e bagno. Sebbene fosse generalmente accettabile, non l’ho trovata eccellente nei dettagli. Con una maggiore attenzione, l’esperienza sarebbe davvero impeccabile.

Demasiado caro para lo que realmente es.

El desayuno estaba bien y la ubicación también.

Te dicen que el check-out es hasta las 12:00 pm y no pararon de tocar a la puerta desde las 9:00 am, insistiendo toda la mañana sin parar de tocar a cada rato, luego nos llamaron al teléfono de la habitación sobre las 11:30 am preguntando si íbamos a salir ya, cuando estábamos acabando de coger nuestras cosas para irnos y diciendo que teníamos que salir a las 11:45 am cuando al llegar el día del check-in nos dijeron que debíamos salir de la habitación a las 12:00 pm y no comentaron nada de ese cuarto de hora antes. Nos sentimos muy presionados toda la mañana a marchar de la habitación, cuando ya estábamos listos y además, si quisiéramos, tendríamos que tener el derecho de salir a la hora que pone realmente. Después, el baño tenia la barra de la cortina de la ducha pegado con cinta aislante y el agarradero de la alcachofa de la ducha estaba medio roto, además, la limpieza de la habitación no era demasiado buena ya que encontré bastantes pelos.

Quasi tutto perfetto
Pros:

Accoglienza, posizione, colazione abbondante dalle 8 alle 13, check-out alle 12, passaggio dei mezzi pubblici per il centro e per l'aeroporto con fermate avanti l'albergo, pulizia buona sugli spazi comuni

Cons:

È decisamente da migliorare la pulizia all'interno delle camere

pratique pour une nuit, je l'avais choisi pour visiter Palma et être proche de l'aéroport
Pros:

Accueil du personnel, situation géographique de l'hôtel dans la ville de S'arenal. Smoothie au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Chambre propre mais un peu spartiate, 2 lists simples au lieu d'un lit double. Salle de bains un peu dans son jus. Climatisation peu fonctionnelle ou défectueuse (jamais compris comment la faire marcher !). Rapport qualité prix un peu cher.
