The only thing the rooms need a new floor and a paint to freshen it up.

Comfortable clean and well catered for
Pros:

The estate is big and has lots of character, kangaroos, birds and even peacocks . Facilities are good .

Cons:

The unit we had was a long way from family staying closer to the front, and the unit was very small and basic for the cost. Overall it was comfortable and clean.

Pros:

Perfect for exploring the area, although we stay here to visit family.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
We stay here often, and some refurbished rooms have a little kitchenette, which is great. We didnt get a room with the kitchette on this stay.

Cons:

Found a towel with a stain on it and only 1 hand towel for our stay. It would be nice to have a hand towel each.
We noticed ducks in the pool one morning, which could be unhealthy. I'm not sure how this could be avoided.

Awesome loved it.
Pros:

Enjoyed the room, comfortable and clean. Good having shops close by.

Cons:

Really needed a coffee table close to the lounge suite instead of the lamp.

Best holiday accommodation I've stayed in - and walking distance to many wineries
Pros:

Probably the best holiday accommodation I've every stayed in. Great villa with huge lounge, well equipped kitchen, massive TV and bbq on the veranda where you can cook and watch the kangaroos play. Nice pool and free laundry. Walking distance to multiple wineries - you can even go cross country to some (watch out for snakes). Recommend mid week stay - we felt we had the place to ourselves and it's easy to get "walk ins" at the wineries. We will definitely be going back.

Cons:

Nothing - it was perfect.
