Our standard cancelation policy applies for all reservations. Please remember to carefully review the terms and conditions of your booking. The COVID policy below stipulates the following flexibilities should a government directive* prevent you from arriving at Saks on Hastings.
If a Government directive* is announced:
7 Days or more prior to your arrival
1. If your booking is outside of 30 days you can cancel as per the standard cancelation policy applicable to your reservation.
2. If your stay is within 30 days, we will place your booking on hold and any monies paid towards your reservation will be held in credit for 12 months.
3. If a directive is in place with no set reopening dates you must advise your intention to travel or not travel a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival. If you decide to keep your booking in place while a current government directive is in place and the borders do not re open in time for your reservation the normal cancelation policy would be applicable.
7 Days or less prior to your arrival
1. Any monies paid towards your reservation will be held in credit for a maximum of 12 months from your original travel date.
If you are unable to travel all correspondence must be advised to staff via email bookings@saks.com.au
*A Government directive is classed as a border closure, or travel lockdown.
All policies are to the discretion of management, evidence may be required and COVID policy terms and conditions can be updated at any time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A pleasant stay with fantastic staff that were very accomodating. A bit disappointed with cleanlines

The location is fantastic right on Hastings St.

Cons:

The apartment was dirty with crumbs found on the couches and sand/dust all underneath the furnishings. There were also lots of ants around the kitchen and dining areas.

Love it and will definitely visit again.
Pros:

Location! Quiet at night, close to beach and restaurants.
Friendly staff and clear instruction about late check in.

Cons:

Nothing really, just stated that rooms have fans but not air conditioned. Weather was cool to sleep when we were there.

Not for a family of five and overpriced!
Pros:

Excellent location on Hastings Street!

Cons:

We booked as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) and the apartment only had 4 beds. No pull out couch or fold away bed? So our youngest had to sleep on the floor on a makeshift bed. However, the main issue we had was that the apartment wasn't very clean. Old and tired and sand everywhere.
