Our standard cancelation policy applies for all reservations. Please remember to carefully review the terms and conditions of your booking. The COVID policy below stipulates the following flexibilities should a government directive* prevent you from arriving at Saks on Hastings.
If a Government directive* is announced:
7 Days or more prior to your arrival
1. If your booking is outside of 30 days you can cancel as per the standard cancelation policy applicable to your reservation.
2. If your stay is within 30 days, we will place your booking on hold and any monies paid towards your reservation will be held in credit for 12 months.
3. If a directive is in place with no set reopening dates you must advise your intention to travel or not travel a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival. If you decide to keep your booking in place while a current government directive is in place and the borders do not re open in time for your reservation the normal cancelation policy would be applicable.
7 Days or less prior to your arrival
1. Any monies paid towards your reservation will be held in credit for a maximum of 12 months from your original travel date.
If you are unable to travel all correspondence must be advised to staff via email bookings@saks.com.au
*A Government directive is classed as a border closure, or travel lockdown.
All policies are to the discretion of management, evidence may be required and COVID policy terms and conditions can be updated at any time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Noosa was great, though will likely look to stay elsewhere on our next visit.
Pros:

The location was perfect, could not fault it, walking distance to the shops and restaurants.
room however was not what we expected, the walls were dirty and some damage to them, could do with a paint. the room was dated and our shutters and blinds were not working properly, one of the shutters was hanging off one hinge. alsp there was dust everywhere, no effort to clean it. We did not raise a complaint, I just gave it a clean where I could and made it the best we could.

Cons:

Better clean, place needs a paint and some general repairs to make it comfortable for guests. For the $$ paid, you expect more than just a great location.

If you want a relaxing stay in the heart of Noosa, & you are not looking for new and fancy, Saks is a great option.

Disappointing
Cons:

The cleanliness of the penthouse we stayed in was very poor. It smelt unclean, there were tiny bugs all over the kitchen. Only 1 set of towels given and the shower would flood so I would have to wash the towels daily. The floors were filthy as was the bin ( removed the bag to empty the rubbish) and the bin was disgustingly dirty not even wiped down prior to new guests arriving. The fabric lounges were stained and the pillows hadn’t been washed you could see filth and previous guests hair on pillows so I covered the lounges with some blankets I found so my family could relax. Apart from the location the accommodation is so bad I wouldn’t recommend it to absolutely anyone and for the price I paid it’s outrageous!

Nice property. Not amazing customer service for the price.
Pros:

Saks was clean, well priced for Noosa and well located.

Cons:

The communication with guests was not great. I wrote an email that was never responded to, although when I had to call back to ensure they got my email about check in, it was clear they did get my email. Reception staff were not there much, sauna was unavailable for our stay. Car parking very small, and hard to get into for a mid size car.
