Bardzo podobało się wszystkim
Pros:

Lokalizacja w samym centrum na plus. Śniadania to klasyka hotelowa ale bardzo dobre. Na plus duży basen, strefa saun - świetna, dwa tory do kręgli, stoły bilardowe, dart i świetne wieczorki z DJ i barem. Reasumując pobyt bardzo udany.

Jestem rozczarowana i nie usatysfakcjonowana. Konkurencja oferuje lepszy standard w 3 gwiazdkach

Jedynym plusem była sauna, po całodniowej jeździe na nartach, znalazło się miejsce do odpoczynku. Minusem jest mały basen, w którym przebywały codziennie rodziny z dziećmi oraz jedno jacuzzi.

Cons:

Otrzymaliśmy pokój z brudną toaleta, dosłownie widniała na niej taśma z dezynfekcją, jednak toaleta była brudna. Smarki znajdowały się na firanie przy oknie. Dwa łóżka pojedyncze, wyleżane, które rozjeżdżały się na boki… codziennie musieliśmy kilka razy poprawiać prześcieradło z powodu za małego rozmiaru nie adekwatnego do wymiarów łóżka. W trakcie pobytu, gdy jedliśmy śniadanie kelnerka o 10:33 podeszła do nas i poprosiła abyśmy wyszli z restauracji, gdyż ona i jej personel chciał zjeść śniadanie. Mój chłopak dosłownie w tym momencie dopijał ostatni łyk kawy. (Brak jakiegokolwiek profesjonalizmu, powinno bardziej wyszkolic personel). Śniadania zwyczajne, robię podobne codziennie w domu. Po przeczytaniu komentarzy od ludzi, liczyłam na łososia, jakąś dobrą sałatkę. Będąc w hotelu 3 gwiazdkowym mieli lepsze i bardziej różnorodne śniadania. Nie wiem czym wszyscy się zachwycają w komentarzach, lecz 4 gwiazdki na ten hotel to stanowczo za dużo. Powinien mieć minimum 2 gwiazdki. Parking okolo 40-50zł za dobe. Parking w podziemiu posiada jedynie miejsca na mniejsze samochody. Nie zmieścisz się tam dłuższym autem. Kabiny prysznicowe odbiegają od zdjęć na bookingu, mała klitka. Wiekszej postury mężczyzna będzie sie czuł nie komfortowo i dotykał kazdą ze scian przy najmniejszym ruchu.
