A pleasant stay.
Pros:

Room was bigger than I was expecting it to be.
Lift was fast.
Comfortable bed.
Location - close to the train station and not in a very loud area.

地點方便，距離車站步行大概五六分鐘，付費的早餐非常美味

Cons:

房間設備有些陳舊，浴室洗澡的水樓頭是古早的用轉的，熱水跟冷水分開轉，不太好控制溫度，很怕被燙到！另外房間燈光非常的暗，細部的清潔有待加強，床頭有灰塵。

安くて駅近で飲み屋も多く立地がいい
Pros:

建物自体は古いがロビーなどが綺麗
あとスタッフの皆さんの対応が良かった

Cons:

荷物の受渡しはチェックインが集中する15から16時は専属の人をつけないとチェックインにものすごく時間が掛かる
窓口を２つに絞り1人は荷受け渡しでいいのでは？とは思った

מלון 3 כוכבים קלאסי ביפן - חדר די קטן ונקי.
קשה קצת עם מזוודה גדולה אך זה הגודל הרגיל..
היה בחדר (אולי דימיינתי) בפתיחת הדלת ריח קל של עישון למרות שזו הייתה קומה ללא עישון..
אולי סתם חדר לא מאוורר

新潟は寒い😰
Pros:

沖縄のお土産の泡盛の瓶を割ってしまい、部屋中に泡盛の匂いを充満させてしまいました。フロントに謝りに行くとSTAFFのかたが割れたビンを引き取って頂き、部屋の匂いはいいですよとおっしゃって頂き、本当にたすかりました。本当に申し訳ありませんでした。

10月の新潟は寒く、暖房ができませんでした。
