On booking, it indicates that hotel has a shuttle, but it doesn’t. Towels dirty and smells and no soap or toothpaste. See the photo
It is far from airport, you have to pass downtown
The entrance to the hotel is not clearly marked, making it harder for the guest to find the way to the hotel. Little to no support with directions and luggage.

The breakfast okay. More room for improvement though, especially the service and communication of some receptionists
The curtains and floor tiles were dirty in the room I got. The service was not the best, bad communication, some of the receptionists don't update you if there is a delay with what you ask for. Only one lady followed up on the chair I asked for in my room. There were cockroaches in my room and I complained twice, no action. Internet was also bad some of the times. Their photos can be deceptive, the hotel needs renovation.
Difficult to reach the hotel when you are not from Kenya, they are not active on social media, especially whatsapp.In summary, its affordable but if you want better service consider somewhere else in town.
The break fast was good but if baked beans are added will be better in english breakfast

Room are quite something to talk about. Clean with modern facilities and functional.

Receptionist wanted payment even though I had already paid which was a red flag. No hot water , no WiFi in the room.
