Disappointing and dated – very poor options for vegetarians
Pros:

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The property feels stuck in the 1980s, looking incredibly tired, dated, and completely lacking in atmosphere or soul.

The Rooms: on the small side, noisy and with inadequate wardrobe hanging space. You have to purchase a key for the safe to work which is another €3.50 per night on top of the tourist tax. There is also no kettle provided, which was a major letdown for morning coffee.

The Food: Terrible for a supposed four star establishment, especially as a vegetarian. Breakfast was incredibly basic, I was limited to just cereal, toast, and tinned fruit. Dinner felt like a bad school cafeteria. The food wasn't properly labeled, leaving us to guess what the dishes actually were. When I did find something, it wasn't great—cold rice, cold chips, cold overcooked broccoli, and cold undercooked carrots. We ate here our first night then ate out for the rest of the trip.

The Only Positive: Location. The hotel has a lift and steps that lead directly to the beach. This was a lifesaver, as it meant avoiding the gruelling walk back up the hill.

Apart from the beach access I cannot recommend this hotel. A real shame, as the location of the hotel has the potential for it to be an amazing property, but it currently falls way short.

Great stay, would return.
Pros:

Couldn't be better placed, right next to the beach and not too close to all the busy pubs and clubs in the evening. All facilities met my expectations. Staff were friendly and pool bar prices were fair. Would definitely return if visiting Magaluf again in the future.

Cons:

One of my beds was much firmer than the other. Not a problem, as I went on my own, but one for the hotel staff to keep an eye on.

Not that great of a hotel
Pros:

Check-in was extremely slow, on person on reception. Time they went to online check-in to spreed things up. Three times the key didn’t work until they eventually listened to it could be a faulty card.
Breakfast was awful. How come I can buy fresh fruit thousands of miles away labelled from Spain yet this hotel serves tinned fruit. The bacon wasn’t even bacon but formed something. Ended up just going to the duke for breakfast. The hotel has been refurbished but they could have thought about replacing air conditioning as it was loud and not great.

Tolles ruhiges Hotel ,Top Lage , ausgezeichnetes Personal, Sehr gutes Frühstück Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Die Einzelbetten sind nicht ideal . Ein Doppelbett wäre wünschenswert. Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und ,auch nach 10:00 Uhr ist noch alles zu holen. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum und in der Rezeption im gesamten Hotel ist sehr freundlich ,aufmerksam bzw. Hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption hilft dir bei sämtlichen Fragen und sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Geräte und Ablagen in der Schauküche sind schon in die Jahre gekommen

Pros:

Für uns war die Lage super. Zwar am Hang, zu Fuss ist es ein steiler Aufstieg, aber die Lage mit den div. Souvenirshopps erleichtert einem den Weg. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Purer Sandstrand. Der Poolbereich sowie die Zimmer waren sauber.
Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gefallen, es gab genügend Auswahl die uns vollkommen zugesagt hat.
Super Dusche, allgemein war unser Zimmer mit Meerblick modern und ein super grosser praktischer Schrank 😁

Cons:

Man hat die Zimmernachbarn und leider noch schlimmer das Putzpersonal erheblich gehört. Extreme Lautstärke - Zum Glück waren Oropax bei uns ein Muss im Gepäck.

Freundliches Personal , Zimmer in Ordnung

Cons:

Ausfall der Klimaanlage , Zusatzkosten für Safe Nutzung im Zimmer( 3.50€ pro Tag) weg zum Strand von der Pool Anlage aus ungepflegt. Fernsehempfang nur Spanische Sender . Im Zimmer kein Wasserkocher/Kaffee.
