It's not a property that I'll recommend to friends or family
Pros:

The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful; the proximity to the beach and the beach itself were nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, but I only eat halal, which was not available. The room was ok, but the AC was very bad and not cooling; the property itself is very old.

Tijdens ons verblijf in dit hotel hebben wij een zeer slechte ervaring gehad. Het personeel was totaal niet vriendelijk en bood geen enkele ondersteuning wanneer dat nodig was.

Het ergste gebeurde midden in de nacht. Rond 04.00 uur werd er langdurig op onze kamerdeur geklopt door een dronken man. Hij bleef ongeveer 30 minuten schreeuwen en op de deur bonzen. Wij waren doodsbang en voelden ons totaal niet veilig.

Direct hebben wij meerdere keren de receptie geprobeerd te bellen, maar er werd niet opgenomen. Toen er uiteindelijk na ongeveer 45 minuten iemand van de receptie verscheen, leek deze medewerker zelf onder invloed van alcohol te zijn. Dat vonden wij onacceptabel, zeker in een situatie waarin de veiligheid van hotelgasten in gevaar was.

Omdat wij geen hulp kregen van het hotel, zagen wij ons genoodzaakt de politie te bellen. Door dit ernstige incident hebben wij de rest van de nacht niet meer kunnen slapen. Onze vakantie, die bedoeld was om uit te rusten en te ontspannen, veranderde in een angstige en stressvolle ervaring.

Wij vinden dat het hotel ernstig is tekortgeschoten in de veiligheid van de gasten en in de professionele dienstverlening. Daarom dienen wij hierbij een officiële klacht in en verzoeken wij het hotel deze situatie serieus te onderzoeken en met een passende oplossing of compensatie te komen.

Pros:

O hotel é exatamente o que demonstra na foto, a localização é boa fica próximo da praia e bares e restaurantes. A limpeza é impecável e os funcionários são atenciosos.

Cons:

Eles me hospedaram no quarto próximo do outro quarto que estavam fazendo reforma. Um barulho absurdo, mas depois resolveram o problema.

Pros:

Bellissima posizione della struttura, dotata di tutte le comodità alla all macchinette distributori dei servizi essenziali, pesa valigia, diverse aree relax, piscina pulita ogni giorno a fondo e durante il giorno tenuta sotto controllo dal bagnino che cura la sicurezza, zona breakfast e dinner con panorama eccezionale, chef di quest’anno molto bravo.

Hôtel propre belle vue bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel top bien situé dans Magalluf a 30min de Palma. Nous avons été surclassé, notre chambre était magnifique vue sur la mer et la piscine, ménage fait tous les jours, sale de bain bien équipé et propre avec une fenêtre.
Belle piscine avec assez de chaises longues et un endroit pour manger tranquillement, accès à la plage avec un ascenseur depuis la piscine
Petit dej complet avec du choix sucré et salé
Il y a des commerces à proximité, des restaus ou des petits snack…
Les bars et boîtes de nuits sont à 5min à pieds
Tout est accessible à pied pour ceux qui aiment bien marcher sinon prendre le bus.

Cons:

Énormément de bruits dans l hôtel tous les jours de ́la part des clients, toute les nuits et apparemment aucune réprimande...

En journée beaucoup de bruits de la part de.clients bién trop alcoolisé qui chantaient sur les balcons et jetaient des bouteilles én bas .

Aucune réprimande.......

Beautiful view, great location, small rooms but did the trick of sleeping.
Pros:

Great location right on the beach, Walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Slow service at pool bar, only one server. No new beach towel, same throughout stay. When they refunded me for parking deposit, they could only give me euros so now I have to pay a fee to exchange to dollars.
