Pros:

Nothing actually, it says 4 stars I have been to worst hotels u dnt even get free parking which I have seen for the first time

Cons:

No free parking too expensive to park.. breakfast quality is so bad it stinks.. you even have to pay for your room locker I mean are you serious.. it should be included in the price.. overall very bad experience.. they ask you to pay over every single thing

Pros:

The breakfast variety was great, my room was spotless, and that beach view was absolutely fabulous. The team at the hotel was absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

The hotel is loated on the hill, therefore thre is elevator with direct access to the beach, it is great if it works, after a morning storm the leevator was not working but neither the door with code, so you are not able to use neither the direct stairs and only option to walk around up to the hill.
When you want to lock your luggage after check out, you have to pay 2 euros, it does not look good for such a hotel.
I would recommend putting signs in the elevator indicating where the reception desk, pool, and breakfast area are located

Worst hotel in mallorca
Pros:

Heat didn't work. Elevators didn't work. Vent falling out of ceiling. Room was tiny. When we asked for blankets bc the heat was off they told us there was no more blankets the hotel....... When pressed the reception called house keeping up. Hotel staff didn't seem to care but would apologize so you didn't get too angry while offering no solutions. We asked for a new room and they told us it was possible. When we checked online an upgrade was the same price as our room but reception just didn't want to help us. Our room was next to elevator and could hear nagging clanking of guests staff and machinery. Worst part of Mallorca was this hotel

Unsafe, Unhygienic & Poorly Run – Avoid
Pros:

Absolutely shocking experience at Bahia Principe Sunlight Coral Playa.

There was glass in the swimming pool for the first 3 days of our stay. We had to remove it ourselves while the lifeguard did nothing. My partner cut their finger, and no apology or help was offered. It was only once more guests arrived that we noticed the pool was finally being cleaned. Completely unacceptable and dangerous.

Food hygiene was just as bad. We were served undercooked chicken and our group became unwell. The milk at the buffet was warm, which says everything about their standards.

Service was consistently poor. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and inconsistent. We weren’t even given basic information at check-in (WiFi, times, towels), yet watched other guests receive it.

On top of that:
• Charged for a kettle with no pricing shown
• Bar closed at 8pm with no staff
• Given false information about late check-out, then treated badly when we queried it
• Facilities like the sauna advertised but not available

This hotel fails on basic safety, hygiene, and customer service. It completely ruined our holiday.

Would not recommend at all.

Disappointed
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, room was nice

Cons:

Receptionist was not nice, especially the man with bold hair was so rude, extremely racist. I was not happy at all. I experienced racism in this hotel even I paid a lot of money for it. Truly disappointed, would never go back again. I don’t recommend for any other Asian background because you will get racist from the hotel

Would not recommend this property and would not stay here again
Pros:

Nice beaches and friendly staff.

Cons:

Hotel rooms were old and outdated. There was some mold in the lampshades and in the room. Although there were many restaurants, you need to make reservations and wait in line for over an hour. It’s inefficient as this is suppose to be a relaxing vacation.

Smjestaj je zaista odlican. Topla preporuka, cjena odgovara dobivenom tokom boravka.
Pros:

Cistoca, dobra lokacija, prijatno osoblje, izvrstan dorucak.
