- Die Schlafcouch war eine Katastrophe, da sie gequietscht hat bei jedem drehen...war eine Kunstledercouch
- Räumlichkeiten zu klein für 4 Erwachsene... sehr eng
- Für Taschen auch nicht so richtig genug Platz
- Die Schränke haben etwas "gemüffelt"
- leider wurde erst eine Klimaanlage eingebaut und erst in 2 Wochen wird sie eingeschalten

La piscina (e la sauna) ha dimensioni decisamente inadeguate al numero di ospiti, e l'acqua è fredda, considerando che non è possibile nuotare proprio a causa delle dimensioni e della troppa affluenza; anche gli spazi circostanti (spogliatoio e bordo vasca) e i lettini sono troppo scarsi: bella idea ma troppo poco godevole.
Il materasso non era sfondato ma in qualche punto si iniziava ad affondare. I cuscini sarebbero comodi ma essendo grandi e quadrati occupano troppo letto (che è un po' corto).
C'è la macchinetta del caffè, ma nessuna cialda in omaggio, che però sono in vendita alla reception (un po' pidocchi; almeno un paio possono anche offrirle).
La TV è su una parete della cucina e quindi non visibile da letto; ci sono due poltroncine che però sono sfondate.
Ci sono pochi attaccapanni o appendini dove appoggiare vestiti, teli e/o accappatoi, se non dentro agli armadi, e mancano prese vicino al letto ad eccezione di una cui è collegata la lampada di cortesia: niente per ricaricare ad esempio il cellulare.
Le biciclette a noleggio costano troppo perchè ne valga la pena, ma sarebbe una soluzione geniale per muoversi in zona.

Das Kissen ist sehr unbequem

On arrival, we overheard at reception that the air conditioning was broken. However, when we entered our room, it was actually cool and comfortable, clearly indicating that the AC had been switched on shortly before our check-in. This gave us the impression that it was functioning. The following day, during extreme heat of around 32°C, we realized that the hotel had turned off the circuit breaker, which effectively disabled the air conditioning without informing us.

When we addressed this situation with the person in charge, we explained that we could not leave our dog alone in a room without air conditioning in such high temperatures. The response we received was that we had not booked a room with air conditioning.

The situation escalated further during our stay. Although the hotel is advertised as pet-friendly, we experienced very poor treatment from the person at reception, who we later understood was the person in charge. When we asked for help regarding staying at the external area for breakfast with our dog, the situation became unnecessarily confrontational. We explained that our dog has separation anxiety and that leaving him alone in the room would cause him to bark and disturb other guests, which was not our intention at all. Instead of listening, she raised her voice, became aggressive, and made us feel unwelcome, saying that we should have left him at home and that it was not her problem if he had health issues because of the heat in the room.

We were shocked by the lack of respect shown throughout the interaction. Despite us remaining calm at all times, we were told we were not welcome that she had other guests, and the conversation ended in a very disrespectful manner - with the responsible insulting us French thinking that we would not understand.

Overall, while the facilities themselves are acceptable, the poor handling of basic comfort in extreme heat and the extremely unprofessional behavior from management made this a very disappointing stay.
