We had a relaxing few days, and enjoyed the beach, pool and spaciousness of the apartment.
Pros:

Great location, beach path opposite, a heated pool, spacious accommodation and good parking. It was great.

The apartment wasn’t clean of a high standard. The shower drains were blocked and this ensured a substandard experience. Under the sofas had not been cleaned for a long time. Sofa needed replacing. Dirty. Others cleaning of an ok standard. The windows were filthy

Renovated entry, but did not match the dated rooms and facilities

Cons:

No body wash, no beach towels. Stingy. Rooms were run down. Dishwasher broken. TV broken. No coffee machine, broken plunger. No aircon and east facing so rooms were very hot from sunrise continuing all day (we travelled in mid-winter). My family were incorrectly checked in to the wrong room and walked in on another family having dinner! Terrible experience. The manager blamed his under-age daughter for making the mistake. We had to sit in the hallway for an hour with our children and bags to wait for the manager to arrive to find another room for us. No effort was made to improve our experience, the manager just made excuses. After finally getting into our room at 8pm we had to do a late night run to the store to get basic bathroom and supplies.

We would definitely love to stay again in the future.
Pros:

The apartment was awesome for our needs - very comfortable. The location was very central for what we required (particularly having come from FNQ and not knowing our way around) and great access to the beach, restaurants, shopping centres etc and a great little coffee shop a couple of blocks down the road. It was a way more pleasant and relaxed place to stay than staying at Surfers Paradise (ie. not as busy). Thank you!

Cons:

Not much not to like. Only thing was that one of the curtains in the lounge to the balcony had several busted hanging hooks, however, that didn't affect our stay at all. And one of the chopping boards had some residual food on it. Again, no drama, we just washed it before use. :)

Clean accommodation. Right on the beach just a walk from Burleigh. Central to everything we needed. Would stay again apartment very comfortable

Great location, heated pool, friendly staff

Cons:

Unit 60, was old with unrenovated bathrooms but functional except for leaking taps and windows that wouldn’t open but comfortable enough. The rest of the apartment block was nice though.

Fabulous ocean-front holiday apartment in our favourite part of the Gold Coast

Fantastic holiday apartment. Everything was great, from the apartment itself to the excellent location. Clean and lovely decor, comfy bed, nice bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, separate laundry, and all amenities you could want. Loved that there are ocean views from every room and comfy chairs on the balcony. Location on The Esplanade directly across from great beach can't be beat. David at Reception was always friendly and helpful throughout our two-week stay. Will definitely be back. ;-)

Unit needs a face lift to match the view
Pros:

Love the absolutely beautiful view and being able to walk to the shops hub

Cons:

The unit can do with some updating!!
Oven and grill is not working
Dripping tap in main bathroom
Vanity in bathrooms are falling apart
Carpet is full of stains
But can not fault the amazing view.
