Fabulous ocean-front holiday apartment in our favourite part of the Gold Coast
Pros:

Fantastic holiday apartment. Everything was great, from the apartment itself to the excellent location. Clean and lovely decor, comfy bed, nice bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, separate laundry, and all amenities you could want. Loved that there are ocean views from every room and comfy chairs on the balcony. Location on The Esplanade directly across from great beach can't be beat. David at Reception was always friendly and helpful throughout our two-week stay. Will definitely be back. ;-)

Unit needs a face lift to match the view
Pros:

Love the absolutely beautiful view and being able to walk to the shops hub

Cons:

The unit can do with some updating!!
Oven and grill is not working
Dripping tap in main bathroom
Vanity in bathrooms are falling apart
Carpet is full of stains
But can not fault the amazing view.

Beautiful views with unfortunately dirty rooms
Pros:

The location was amazing, couldn’t beat those veiws!

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was filthy. The mirrors had something dirty splattered across them, the carpets has stuff stuck to them, there was mould in the showers and bathrooms and there was someone’s hair all through our towels!

We had a great stay .Weather was perfect. Close to shops and restaurants.

They are still building light rail a bit noisey at night .

Excellent location
Pros:

The location was fabulous. Access to the beach restaurants shops and great walks
The view was gorgeous once we moved higher. Well worth the extra money
Beds were great

Cons:

Also worth having the upgraded room. Original room was very dated and basic. Office chair was worn and peeling but still comfortable.
