Enjoyable week
Pros:

View and location near beach and walking distance to shops. Trolley available to carry groceries & luggage. Kitchen utensils & appliances reasonably well covered to be able to cook in unit.

Cons:

Needs a usable mop for little spills. Would be better if had a few essentials like salt & pepper, plastic wrap and foil for kitchen. Should have more sachets for dishwasher and washing machine etc. Expected some toiletries in bathroom. Beds on castors on plank floor with no brake on castors so every time you moved in the bed the bed rolled around even just sitting down on the bed had it rolling away.

Cons:

Surface clean but needed a good clean inside drawers and cupboards.
Lacking some essential kitchen implements, only 1 tea towel, batteries not working on a lamp and clock. Small things but annoying for the price.

Had a great stay David was lovely and the place was fantastic we will be back
Pros:

The location was perfect had beautiful views and was in walking distance to everything. David the host was fantastic and looked after us and made sure our stay was enjoyable .

Aiming to go back around the same time next year, I don’t need to look at anything else!
Pros:

The location was excellent, the spacious living area had modern layout overlooking the beach and it was sound proof. Anything you could possibly need in the kitchen is there. The beach was just across the road and is only a short stroll to be swimming within the flags. The spa and sauna area was great.
Burleigh heads has many great restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk, supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive, great shopping at Pacific Fair which is a 10-15 minute drive away.
The general cleanliness was okay but not brilliant.

Cons:

The white duvet cover had a large stain on it, under the beds needed a more thorough clean.
The drawers in the master bedroom were poor quality, they didn’t slide in and out easily.
