Overall, position good as was cleanliness of unit
Pros:

Beautiful view over the beach, quiet, walking distance to restaurants

Cons:

Current information needed in room re attractions, bus timetables, a little more soap, hair shampoo etc. information re GC attractions over a year out of date, and none in foyer. Manager not able to help re bus stops & timetables due to light-train works under construction.

Beach view and sunset balconies amazing place, close to Burleigh town however far enough for the peace and quiet. Amazing beach and surf.

Cons:

The tap and shower was dripping in the ensuit. The glasses and cups weren’t clean, and the furniture a bit outdated

Pros:

Great location and beautiful view! The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities we needed.
You can see that there are upgrades to the building taking place, making it feel really modern.

Cons:

Bathrooms in our apartment were old and in need of updating, however were still fully functional.

Pros:

The location was great. There was a lovely gym and sauna.
The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable
It was great to have laundry facilities

Cons:

The rooms were VERY tired and not clean. The light fittings in the bathroom were very rusty and the amount of dust on the artificial plants was not appealing. The kitchen cupboards and appliances had greasy marks on them and when we wiped up a spill on the floor the handi towel used was black
The whole apartment was below standard for cleanliness

Pros:

The location is wonderful and the short walk to the centre of Burleigh is very handy. The balcony of the room we stayed in has an excellent view to the beach & ocean across the road. Overall, a great place to stay in Burleigh.

Bad. Not value for the money..
Pros:

Location across from beach

Cons:

Everything-dirty, run down, old, tired not value for money. Smelled like disinfect, cabinets tapped to together. Things broken and didn’t work, furniture falling about and rusted.
