Old hotel, good location
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Non smoking room smells horribly like cigarettes, breakfast was really bad (nothing fresh, very small selection). The rooms are all moist because of the air humidity which makes the carpet wet and quite disgusting to walk on.

Great hotel close to the main touristy areas of Naha!
Pros:

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby, and it's not too far from Kokusai Street; roughly 15min walk.

Cons:

There was a funky smell in the room; it might've been the dehumidifier (if that's what the device was?) so possibly needs a filter change. Could get rid of the smell using the aircon but it was quite strong each time I entered the room.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, proche du monorail et centre
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du Monorail et du centre-ville. L'hôtel était confortable, bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel était très accueillant et chaleureux.
Belle déco pour Halloween en bonus, avec un "coin challenge" où on vous donnait des jetons qu'il fallait lancer dans un aquarium et essayer de le faire atterrir dans un bocal pour gagner un cadeau (des biscuits ou une glace). J'ai gagné des biscuits ^^

Die Lage ist an sich gut, man ist nach einem kurzen Spaziergang in der Kokusei-dori und in der Nähe des Bus Terminal
Das Personal war sehr bemüht und hat uns steht's gut geholfen wenn es ein Problem gab.

Cons:

Und hier kommen wir auch zu den Punkten, die nicht so schön waren. Das Zimmer, dass wir bekommen hatten, stank penetrant nach altem Zigaretten Rauch, obwohl es ein Nichtraucher Zimmer sein sollte. Nach einer freundlichen nachfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer wurde uns eines anstandslos und mit vielen entschuldigungen ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Auch die Gänge riechen unangenehm. Allgemein ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.
Bucht NICHT das Frühstück dazu, es lohnt sich nicht. Es war das schlechteste Frühstück, dass wir auf unserem vier wöchigen Japan Trip hatten. Es ist das zusätzliche Geld nicht wert.

Excelente ubicación, alojamiento muy cómodo.
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable, a metros de la estación del monoriel. El personal súper atento y amable.

Pros:

Bon emplacement, possibilité de parking payant dans l’hôtel

Cons:

Odeur de moisi/urine dans la salle de bain depuis le début du séjour qui était très forte. Nous l’avons signalé dès le premier soir auprès du personnel de l’hôtel mais ceux-ci ne nous ont proposé aucune solution.
Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue.

気軽に泊まれる便利なホテル
Pros:

最上階の静かな部屋を用意していただき、マッサージチェアで足の疲れがほぐれ、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。近くにコンビニもあり、便利でした

Cons:

部屋に入ると室温が30℃くらいで暑かったため、エアコン（冷房）を使いました。部屋を出て戻るたびに暑いと感じたところが少し気にかかりました
