Too crowded. The happy hour, and the breakfast were so crowded. It was not enjoyable too many kids running around unsupervised.

Our go-to hotel in Nashville moving forward!
Pros:

Breakfast is so worth it and so hard to find these days - completely complimentary! We did not utilize the kickback but I’m sure that was also very worth it for guests. SAFE area, exceptional staff; my husband has a hearing disability and there was an issue with a ringing sound in our original room. The staff was more than accommodating and understanding moving us to another room, and even upgraded us!

Cons:

Really no complaints. This hotel gets busy with Nashville goers, small conferences and travel teams, so it is a well-oiled machine + parking lot can get packed BUT there was always a spot available!

Always love the rooms. Prices was a premium with a conference in town

Love staying at Drury Inn. This weekend was a farm conference and lobby and kick back was crowded. Had to wait a couple moments for a plate to get food. Room great as always

Had a guaranteed booking. But didnt get the room they gave it to someone else. Had to find another hotel.
