Junior Suite’s spaciousness & the excellent breakfast helped offset the poorly managed happy hour.
Pros:

The Junior Suite surpassed my expectations with its impressive size and layout. The breakfast is also an amazing offering, providing a great selection of both hot and cold items alongside a wide variety of beverages. It’s also a huge plus to stay at a hotel where all the elevators are consistently clean and fully operational.

Cons:

While the hotel is nice, the service and maintenance were letdowns during our stay. The happy hour needs more bartenders; the line was so long and slow-moving that we eventually gave up after an hour. Additionally, the hot tub was down for repairs, which was a major disappointment since we chose this location specifically to recover after a day of heavy lifting.

Pros:

Food was as it always is. Always the same. For what the rooms cost there could be a better variety.

Cons:

We had reservations through Booking.com which you wouldn't honor. I was told you don't always honor them. The rooms were ordered earlier and were to cost $140.00 per night. When we got there we were told we didnt have reservations and you charged me $289. a night. Our whole family was there and I reserved 3 rooms. One was to be a handicapped one for my son and daughter-in-law. She has rheumatoid arthritis and one wasn't available. We have family in Nashville we come to see 2 or 3 times a year but we may have to find another place to stay.
