Hit or Miss
Pros:

Hotel in a great location. I have stayed here twice before and both stays have been hit or miss on service. On one hand the room can be perfect on the other hand some things can be broken. The common area is pretty clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat despite it being hit or miss.

Pros:

Ther worst experience that I’ve ever experienced with a hotel. The room was filthy and when I requested to be moved I was denied. A maid was sent to clean the room which should have been cleaned already came with a broken vacuum cleaner. There had apparently been a party in the room prior to our stay. There was cake everywhere. When asked to be moved to another room, I was informed that there were no other rooms. After asking for a manager our room was switched. We were comped for 1 night. But it left a bitter taste. The new room wasn’t clean either. I always go with Marriott but after this I’m rethinking my decision.

Ok if you need a pillow, a tiny pillow.
Pros:

It was probably a nice property 20 plus years ago, but those days are long gone. The hotel is well past its prime and is in desperate need of a complete renovation. Nearly everything looked worn, dated, or stained, from the furnishings to the carpeting. It is tired throughout.

I’m giving it two stars instead of one because one star is the minimum on TripAdvisor, and I have to give it some credit for the fact that nothing bit me while I was sleeping. Beyond that, though, there’s very little positive to say. The rooms and common areas feel neglected, and the overall experience falls far short of what I’d expect from a Marriott brand.

If this property receives a major refresh, I’d consider giving it another try. Until then, I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you have other options.

Location was good, but needs improvement in few other areas.
Pros:

Location was good. it was clean overall.

Cons:

Overall it was ok but i was expecting better. Bathroom gate was not aligned properly , there was some gap while closing. i had to wait for my room to be ready even though i checked in late. Gym was not working as well due to some renovation work.

Pros:

Room was a great size for my family of 5. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Easy on/off from I-81 without feeling like you were right on the interstate.

A great place, a great value for amenities plus breakfast
Pros:

It was a pleasant stay, just there for one night while traveling, in general I really like the SpringHill suites. The beds are always comfortable, the room has a desk, a big plus for me and separate area to relax, plus a nice breakfast in the morning.
