Nie wrócimy ponownie i nie polecamy tego hotelu — w Łodzi są lepsze opcje w tej samej półce cenowej.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest w porządku

Cons:

Komfort pobytu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. W pokojach obowiązuje maksymalna temperatura ogrzewania, która jest zdecydowanie zbyt niska — nawet przy pozostawieniu karty w pokoju było zimno, co zimą (przy ujemnych temperaturach) jest szczególnie odczuwalne, zwłaszcza w dawnej kamienicy.

Po zgłoszeniu problemu na recepcji usłyszeliśmy jedynie: „niestety to jest max”, bez jakiejkolwiek próby rozwiązania sytuacji. Dodatkowo łazienki w pokojach wyraźnie wymagają odświeżenia.
