Great staff, nice rooms and good breakfast. Comfortable beds.
Cookies on arrival. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable.
They had an event on when we arrived, with lots of children in attendance. The music was very loud with kids screaming on and off until 10.30pm. No chance to sleep (or even hear the tv!) until it was finished and everyone had left. Was then woken up at 12.30am by children running around the halls. Suggest in future if the venue has been rented out for an event, they shouldn’t make rooms available for people not part of the event. It was not the peaceful stay we had hoped for.
The breakfast room was more like a canteen, didn’t match with the rest of the boutique style interiors. Food selection wasn’t as comprehensive as other places we stayed on this trip.

Beautiful venue

There was no hot water in the shower and the coffee maker was broken.
I was told I’d receive compensation and didn’t, and was surprised by the lack of response - but I still think it’s a lovely Inn.
It’s a gorgeous venue with cozy sitting rooms and my room this time (third stay) was very pretty, with a beautiful bathroom, electric fireplace and very comfortable bed.
The fresh welcome cookies are such a nice touch!
The only improvement would be with details of housekeeping. The blow dryer wasn’t in my room - but the staff is SO friendly and immediately sent me one.

Room was hot and stationary left out was used.
There wasn’t anyone around when we arrived so we just took the key and went upstairs.
This hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed at. We had so much fun with the games and playing out in the snow. Every detail was spot on. We will definitely be back. The breakfast was beyond amazing.
