Lovely New England charm
Pros:

Lovely property in heart of Litchfield. It was located near to all the main sites we wanted to go to see the fall foliage rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the gathering room and outdoor space

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant for dinner they just serve breakfast.

The lovely young woman who greeted us could not have been sweeter or more helpful. It is a beautiful in a wonderful location - a true respite from the anxiety ridden outside world. Would recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful sanctuary that deserves a return visit if you like peace and tranquility.
Pros:

Excellent location with quiet surroundings and beautiful nature. Rooms are spacious and exquisitely clean and decorated tastefully. The common areas and hallways plus the gathering room are so generously spacious you would think you’re staying at a sanctuary. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Breakfast is rich and nutritious especially the omelette station. Availability of snacks, bottled water, sodas, coffee and tea 24/7 for free is a nice gesture and most enjoyable. Syed Bukhari and staff were kind and most welcoming.

Cons:

Price, though reasonable, is too high for me.
