Beautiful location, disappointing room
Pros:

The location and the public areas of the hotel, especially the swimming pool, are magnificent.

Cons:

The bedrooms don't live up to the rest of the hotel. The restaurant is limited. There are too many stairs and I think that for some elderly or frail people, this would make it impossible to stay. They need to install a lift.

Pros:

Stunning view, great swimming pool, own entry to sea, good breakfast, functioning airco. Calmness at hotel, although quite some guests.

Cons:

For us it was not a problem that the ladder to have an easy acces into the sea was broken and removed. But would be good to replace soon.
Good to see maintenance activities at the rooms. (Some) ooms need it, although still properly functional.

Pros:

Le cadre est exceptionnel, la vue, le calme, un vrai havre de paix...
Personnel très gentil.
Petit déjeuner est bon comparé à d'autres hôtel en Italie.

Cons:

Hôtel trop vétuste qui doit être rafraichit absolument... les portes ne ferme pas, aucune acoustique. La wifi n'est pas bon dans les chambres. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon...

Sehr schöne Lage. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Anlage sehr alt. Schlecht unterhalten. Ungepflegt. Dürftiges Frühstück. Viel zu teuer.

Pros:

Got a room with a nice garden, close to the many stairs down to the sea, although the sea entrance was narrow, it is really cool, got a James Bond feeling! Very nice personell, clean rooms, clean pool, short walk to a nice little village, all in all, high value for money! 10/10

Cons:

difficult to complain to such nice location: dinner menu could maybe have been better, but with a short walk to the nearby village, even gourmands will be satisfied

Amazing atmosphere
Pros:

Fantastic staff, a stunning location, and beautiful, peaceful surroundings that create a truly relaxing atmosphere. While the rooms could benefit from some minor upgrades, our overall experience was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A very relaxing 6 days. We absolutely loved it. This hotel is really lovely. A few tweaks and it could be incredible.
Pros:

We had a 2 room suite. The location and views were absolutely superb. The pool area was incredible. Our rooms was a slightly rustic mini villa with lovely veranda overlooking the sea. The bar area and dining room were beautifully set up with exquisite styling.
The staff were all really lovely.
The hotel is a 300 yard walk to the old town, and there was a 3 day wine festival. There were also many restaurants up there.
It’s a 20 min walk into the beach part of town. Great restaurants there as well as water sports. A bus back at €2 each was great !

Cons:

There was no shade on our veranda. The pergola had not been fitted.
Breakfast was okay, but you had to be there early as staples were not always refilled. There was only one waiter serving, and you had to ask for coffee, it wasn’t volunteered.
There was no real attempt at selling the food experience. It has one of the best situated dining rooms I’ve ever eaten in, yet no real effort to market it in the evening.

Cons:

Inget som jag inte tyckte om , men jag har förslag på hur man med små medel kan göra saker ännu bättre. Kommer att skicka en lista till hotellet med förslag på detta. En viktig sak rör dock restaurangen som har stor förbättringspotential, både vad gäller meny, priser och själva lokalen.

Il piccolo hotel per questa posizione unica a strapiombo sul mare, un panorama veramente incredibile. Personale velocissimo a risolvere problemi: dopo aver trovato ospiti indesiderati e cattivo odore nel bagno della prima stanza, ci hanno fatto upgrade gratuito in una camera superiore bellissima e ai piani alti.
Personale molto empatico e professionale almeno nella reception.
Se la proprietà sistema la manutenzione dell impianto fognario, può essere un 4 stelle.
Lo stesso sgradevole odore si e' percepito anche in piscina ...Io darei un 3 stelle per l’esperienza altalenante.

Colazione assolutamente deludente.
Siamo entrati nella sala colazioni alle 9.3O , si poteva fare colazione fino alle 10.00.
Il buffet era praticamente vuoto, ci si sarebbe dovuto accontentare dei resti lasciati dagli altri ospiti. Tutto secco, duro, cibo non coperto. Mancava persino il pasticciotto, che in Salento è il minimo sindacale. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa al personale , insieme a un altro ospite dell hotel ma non è stato fatto nulla per rimediare. Avevo chiesto dei pezzi di focaccia che non fosse dura e secca , mi avevano assicurato che sarebbe stata infornata , atteso 20 minuti nulla ...siamo andati via . Assurdo, visto quanto avevamo pagato.
