Phenomenal Stay!
Pros:

Pillows are so soft they have no firmness whatsoever, almost like sleeping without a pillow altogether

Wonderful short stay
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well appointed with beautiful and comfortable rooms. The staff is helpful and delightful. The breakfast is exceptional!

Great place for SIU families.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and inviting. The common areas were spacious, including the pool area. Our room was updated and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding looked fairly new. There is a Keurig in each room along with a small refrigerator.

Pros:

Nice variety but sausage gravy was just warm. Lid on oatmeal was broken and all condiment lids were also broken. Omelette serving pans were so full that the top omelets were cold. No regular coffee available when we arrived for check in at 3:45
