Pros:

Everything! The staff were amazing, the accommodation was quiet, private, clean and comfortable. Everything you could wish for! Lovely to have access to the pool, petanque and tennis. Breakfast was lovely and the dinner at the bistro even better! Would definitely stay again.

Completely luxe! Beautifully decorated and designed studio apartment with a comfortable balcony with a view.
Pros:

Thoughtfully designed layout creating space and function, lovely spa bath and multiple spots to relax inside and out.

Cons:

We loved everything and only wished for a longer stay!

Pros:

The breakfast was great. Great selection of healthy food and excellent coffee.

Cons:

All the staff did very well during our stay which included a storm, power and water cut and fire alarm. We were well looked after. Some communication re staff making visitors aware of the storm and safety prior to the storm might have been good.

Exceptional relaxing stay! A real treat.
Pros:

Everything! Great location, with lovely little towns around it. Apartment very well thought out, spacious with a large, very comfortable bed. Staff very helpful. Breakfast delicious. Also nice to be able to park right outside.

Cons:

Nothing! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful location and extremely comfortable rooms. We got a free upgrade to the Lakeside room, which was spacious, welcoming and well fitted out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping us out with any questions or requests we had. The continental breakfast was delicious and had a range of options. We also greatly enjoyed the (not included) dinner at the adjoining York Bistro.

Cons:

There were a couple of items in the fridge alongside the milk and a welcoming goodie basket that looked like it could have been complimentary but were actually additional purchases, which could potentially mislead naive travellers.
