Great comfy stay!
Pros:

Aesthetics are beautiful. Modern and clean. Beds were SO comfortable and staff were very friendly. Complimentary Tim Tams, red rock chips and water were an extra treat.

Pros:

Very nice room. Large and comfy.
Location for our needs was good.

Cons:

Lights in bedroom were difficult to get to grips with. All on dimmer buttons. No on/off switch.
Breakfast turned out to be a choice of one item and one drink (juice or tea/coffee). This was not made clear at the booking stage.

Low key
Pros:

Location was ideal as I had specialists to attend and the meals all round were way better than take away. Staff were very friendly. Have stayed before and will stay again and recommend to everyone who needs it for future reference.

We got a fresh refresher bag even if we were out for the day so daily milk, Tim tams toilet paper etc

Cons:

The guests next to us on our last night as they were kids making a racket going between the room next to us and across the hallway. Nothing against the Hotel, just the guests

Cons:

1 leaf blowers in morning before 8am that can still be heard through the sound proof glass.
2 No compendium had to ask downstairs to be told it’s on TV maybe the TV be on with the room information on or a note where to find on arrival
3 After spending the day out get home at 8.30 pm and go for a beverage and relax to be told the bars shutting because nobody here but can have a beer in poker machine room
