We loved staying at the grand resort! The weather wasn’t the best but we made the best of it. Just wished the service was a little better around the pool. The waitress forgot about us outside so we had to wait a while for more drinks.

Rooms are definitely outdated. Staff and service was great. Food and drinks were average. Parking was tight as there was a wedding and prom pictures going on. The resort was loud mostly during the night hours. Woken up several times by loud talking in the halls. They allow dogs and a room nearby had a dog that barked often.

Paid for a luxury king at $211.49 per night for 4 nights through Expedia. Hotel was undergoing construction and put me in a room that was $183.76 per night. Expedia charged $124.80 in taxes when taxes were only $108.40. Expedia overcharged me $110.92 for the room and $16.40 in tax. Hotel and Expedia did nothing to reimburse me for the difference. I recommend not booking this hotel through Expedia.
