Decent room size, we had enough room for our luggages. good size personal fridge and very affordable laundry at the basement.

Super comfortable and decent space for the price. was a very memorable part of my trip :)

靠近池袋站C6出口，離副都心線比較近。枕頭棉被很好睡，打掃的也非常乾淨，，住的2天很舒服。老闆娘和員工都是台灣人，中文溝通沒有問題。

Very good hotel, people working are nice, we will come back in this place..

This is definitely a very budget hotel. Absolutely nothing fancy in the rooms - a super tiny night stand and small desk plus a side bench. It was perfectly cleaned though and did have shampoo and body wash. Worked for us as we were just sleeping from 11pm - 6am but I probably wouldn't want to stay long term. Not for any particular reason than it just didn'tfeel super homey. It's a bit out of the way (12minutes from the Ikebu.... station but otherwise was totally fine. There are quite a few places a couple blocks away if you're looking for shopping/restaurants ...and probably a few smaller amazing restaurnts closer by.

Overall, it was clean, a friendly lady was working the counter, and our particular stay was quiet (the a/c unit puts out like crazy and our room was awesomely cold within half an hour).

Was decent for a quick night stay.

Expensive and very basic with no amenities, but at least the room was clean. The neighborhood is not the best.

強只有價錢ok,因為離地鐵有紀錄所以相對便宜，也安靜，小缺點真的是房間仍是有頭髮，牆壁上中文有寫早上有茶或咖啡，但其實完全無喔。

There was nothing much. No view, no facility. And the bathroom was the worst. Too small and no privacy. But the lady in the reception was nice.

Quite close to restaurants and izakayas, also not far from the station.
It was good at everything overall for the price.

Room is spacious compared to other hotels, can fit more than 4 luggages which is a plus

The owner was an amazing hostess and showed us how to use the automatic locks on our room door before bidding us good night. We had an unplanned overnight stay due to one of our activities lasting longer than we had foreseen, so myself and my three children ages 17, 11, and 5 booked here last minute. The location is on a quieter street that dead ends for vehicle traffic, so our sleep was very peaceful for being in such a busy city. Everything was very clean and comfortable for us, given we are used to sleeping on tatami mats. The room had already been heated to a comfortable temperature, and we had all of our towels and amenities nicely folded and stacked. The room came with a small tv, hairdryer, cups, etc. as well as toothbrushes and razor. Free coffee, tea, and water was available in a room near the lobby. The lobby was very inviting with beautiful Christmas decorations. For a short budget stay, we felt quite comfortable and safe with this hotel and would stay again!

My stay here was wonderful. It was a 5 minute walk to Ikebukuro station with many connections to other areas of Tokyo. There were many areas for both shopping and eating. Area was very quiet at night. Basic room that was comfortable in a small space. The only negative is that you are 5 minute walk away from the red light district. It is an interesting place to walk thru both daytime and nighttime and at least they do not bother tourists.
