Very nice staff. Well located near Shinjuku, just outside the very busy immediate station area.

Cons:

Lighting in rooms could be improved. Breakfast ok but nothing special with mostly western options. Decor a bit shabby, especially in the common parts - could do with an uplift!

Well priced small hotel with breakfast option. Ideal for business travellers, singles and couples
Pros:

Location great, especially if needing to be at train station early in the morning. Limousine airport bus not too far. Felt safe. Lots of dining options and convenience stores nearby. Parks and some attractions are in walkable distance. The massage chair is a great plus. You can select from different pillows in the reception area.

Cons:

I underestimated how small the room and also the bathroom is for three guests.
