Had a wonderful stay at the centrally located small hotel

Can't beat the location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is great. So close to Shinjuku Station and to Shinjuku Chuo Park, which is a real gem. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they gave us tea upon arrival. Nice touch. I also like the bidet toilets in Japan in general. The room was clean, quiet and the AC worked well. The bed was very comfy.

Cons:

It's a Japanese style to have to step up to get into the bathroom, and I prefer not to have the step. This is not unique to Kadoya.

Hôtel agréable et super bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel super bien situé dans Shinjuku, très calme et agréable. Personnel très gentil. Présence d'une laverie dans l'hôtel à un tarif très raisonnable.

Cons:

Peut être avoir 2 serviettes de bain dans la chambre, et que le TV ait plus de fonctions connectées, mais cela relève du détail et n'a pas eu d'impact négatif sur mon séjour.

We were only there 2 nights but the hotel was very convenient. We could walk everywhere.
Pros:

Loved the location. Convenient to everything we were wanting to experience. Also appreciate the coin operated laundry facility. We were conveniently located right next to the laundry room. One of the days we were there was rainy all day. We were able to dry our wet clothes.
The staff was genuinely friendly.

Cons:

Hotel feels older and could use some up-dating.

Pros:

The room was spacious and the hotel is in a great location.

Cons:

We stayed 4 nights. When we asked for room cleaning, they only made the beds. Nothing else. With 4 people in a room, it would have been nice to at least get clean cups for the used ones.

Small hotel close to Shinjuku station. Perfect location when coming from the airport, short walk from the limousine bus
