Pros:

Good location in Shinjuku

Cons:

The bathroom is an add-on box with no ventilation, so it always smelled musty. The beds were very uncomfortable. So hard I woke up with a backache every morning. No coffee in room.

Pros:

Very clean. Very helpful staff. Excellent location

Cons:

If I could recommend anything it would be more variety for breakfast. Although the Japanese breakfast was excellent having some variety over several days would be excellent

Overall good
Pros:

24/7 reception desk who speaks good English and very helpful. CNN available.

Cons:

There was hair in the bath tub. Room is not sound proof. Would be good if staff can clean the rooms at a later time than 8.30am eg. 11am as I was awoken by the staff cleaning the rooms next to mine. I was jetlagged and needed my sleep.

Decent, not the easiest to reach with big suitcase.
Pros:

In Shinjuku.

Cons:

Hard to wheel suitcase to hotel, hard to access to desired gantry via escalator or elevator with big suitcase. Cant turn off heating sustem on bed when I felt too warm. Left shin got bitten thrice after I covered with blanket.

Convenient location and clean room. Basic and standard size for Tokyo hotel
Pros:

Great location and walking distance to a busy area.

I would stay at this hotel again. Overall good value.

Enjoyable and would definitely stay there next time
Pros:

Excellent location. Excellent Staff. Cafe next door for breakfast & good coffee. Hotel has some character and is close to train station.
