Pros:

It was a very beautiful property. Really clean, literally next to the station (5 min walking). The staff was great, very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, the bathroom (with jacuzzi bad tub) was very clean. Booked it for a weekend for work. Would do it again !

Sehr komfortables, elegantes Hotel etwas außerhalb
Pros:

Hotel ist sehr elegant und komfortabel, alles gut durchdacht. Obwohl an der Bahnlinie gelegen, konnten wir gut schlafen. Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb gelegen, die nächste Haltestelle für Bus und Bahn jedoch in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Parkplatz kostet 15€, man kann jedoch auch kostenfrei direkt gegenüber an der Strasse parken. Uns erscheint das Frühstück mit 20€ p.P. zu teuer, daher haben wir in einem nahegelegenen Café gefrühstückt.

Excellent choice!
Pros:

Am avut o experiență absolut minunată la acest hotel! De la momentul sosirii, personalul a fost extrem de amabil, profesionist și atent la detalii, făcându-ne să ne simțim bineveniți.
Camera a fost impecabilă – foarte curată, spațioasă și decorată cu bun gust. Patul a fost extrem de confortabil, iar liniștea din timpul nopții ne-a asigurat un somn odihnitor. De asemenea, facilitățile oferite au fost peste așteptări.
Micul dejun a fost variat și delicios, cu produse proaspete și opțiuni pentru toate gusturile. Locația hotelului este excelentă, aproape de gara și ușor accesibilă.
În concluzie, recomand cu mare încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care caută confort, servicii de calitate și o experiență de neuitat. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Sehr sauberes und schickes Hotel. Lage in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse, nicht weit vom Bahnhof.
Personal war nett und kompetent.
Bequemes und sauberes Zimmer mit tollen Pflegeprodukten im Bad.

Cons:

Den kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz kann man sich wohl meistens sparen. Während meinem Aufentalt waren auf der Strasse gegenüber genügend freie Parkplätze (telweise auch gebührenpflichtig, aber günstiger dafür, dass das Auto 20m weiter links steht). Das Hoftor wird Nachts nicht abgesperrt.

Pros:

Zowel host en het ontbijt waren buitengewoon. De man spreekt vlot meerdere talen, zeer vriendelijk en geeft duidelijke informatie met een Gentse gastvrijheid.
Het ontbijt is echt subliem. Knap gepresenteerd, eens iets anders en veel huisgemaakte lekkernijen. Zelfs het brood was een pluspunt tov van de meeste hotel-ontbijten.
Gezellig hotel, wij komen sowieso terug!
Kamer, bed en badkamer trouwens ook helemaal in orde!

Cons:

The room was not as pictured on the website. It did not have a view and you could not even open curtains, because the 2 windows and door were all facing the parking. Maybe they've put us in the room on the parking lot, because we were travelling with a pet, for which we paid an extra fee (not announced). There was no free coffee in the lobby (3 euros) and we weren't able to find free water in the morning (before opening hours). Really small tv. Overall, the room was clean, but some thing didn't feel hygienic, like the tv remote and there were black hairs in the towels provided.
