Great breakfast and self-service food and drink at night; staff were pleasant and helpful
Room lacked character and felt old-fashioned and a bit cold in atmosphere; carpets leading to room were tired and dirty

Erg vriendelijk personeel, schone en ruime kamer. Het ontbijt was ook erg uitgebreid en lekker.
Half uur lopen naar het centrum, matras was doorgelegen en kamer was gedateerd.
Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie, wwrbij het centrum van Gent gemakkelijk lopend te bereiken is. Het bed en de badkamerfaciliteiten waren goed.
