Für eine Nacht in Bochum ist es ok
Pros:

Der Check-In war kontaktlos geplant und schwierig. Am Terminal sollte ich eins der beiden bereits bezahlten Zimmer erneut zahlen. Vom zweiten Zimmer keine Rede. Ein nettes Telefonat und etwa 15 Min später persönlicher Kontakt erledigte den Checkin dann schnell. Den Schlüssel gibt's nicht. Für das Haus und die Zimmer erhält man einen Tür-Code. Das Haus liegt außerhalb in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. OPNV Bus vor der Tür, U-Bahn nur wenige Meter fußläufig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit. Parken ist kostenlos und es gibt genug Platz. Das Hotel bietet keine überdachten Parkplätze. Wir hatten zwei recht kleine aber nette Doppelzimmer in der 1. Etage, mit Blick auf die Zufahrt und in den Garten zwischen den Grundstücken. Großer Fernseher mit vielen Sendern. WIFI vorhanden, nicht genutzt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und hat ein eigenes Waschbecken. Dusche und WC sind sehr ordentlich und reichlich auf dem Flur. Frühstück nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Morgens hört man häufig und pünktlich das Türschlagen im gesamten Flur/Haus, da alle Zimmer zur Hygiene und zum Checkout ihre Türen mehrfach nutzen müssen.

Nothing, didn't stay.

Cons:

My room was definitely not cleaned. So what do you expect - sleeping in a bed that has been used by others? I checked in @00:22. No personel around of course. Left the place and asked for a refund. No reply yet.

Cons:

Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr ist zu spät, wenn man am Morgen in der Stadt sein muss.
