Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : la propreté, le confort, l’emplacement et l’accueil. Le personnel était toujours souriant, professionnel et disponible.

Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Wissam, qui a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour. Son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son attention aux moindres détails ont vraiment fait la différence. Grâce à lui, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore à toute l’équipe, et un merci tout spécial à Wissam !

Awesome stay
Pros:

Beautiful property and great location. An absolute gem! Incredible service.
​I had a fantastic stay. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. A special shout-out to [Rakan] at the front desk, helpful person how gave me a warm welcome. Housekeeping kept our room absolutely pristine.

الراحة النفسية وحسن خلق الموظفين حيث يتم سؤالي دائما اذا كان هناك نقص او تقصير وطلبات التنظيف تأتي فورا حين تطلب وشكر خاص للاستاذ راكان جعل اقامتي استثنائيه ❤️

Pros:

Excellent location and transportation facility to Masjid al haram

No daily cleaning is done. The hotel does not seem to be a 4 star hotel.

كل شي رائع وأكثر شي أعجبني ولفت انتباهي هو حسن الإستقبال وكرم الضيافة من الموظفه عهد كانت قمة بالأخلاق وحسن التعامل والإحترافية وللأمانه حببتني كثير بالإقامة ومددت اقامتي لأني فعلا ارتحت بالمكان كانت إقامه مريحة بكل المقاييس وكلمة حق تقال مع إني جربت فنادق كثير بمكه لكن هذا الفندق تفوق عليهم بنظري وللأخت عهد دور كبير في تقييمي للفندق
