Excellent place to stay. Although away from Haram what frequent taxi and shuttle bus is made easy to go to Haram in time.

Nice hotel a little outdated. It was far from the Mosque. They do have a free public transportation service
The area around the hotel was so so. Didn't feel like you could walk around and explore

Worst place to stay in makkah. they are not honest people, I paid 8 nights after 2 nights they kicked me out because of the minster of tourism and they never gave my money back .😡😡.

Stuff are unfriendly. Room are dirty. No towel. Bathroom is stinky. Room service never response. By the way if you are from English speaking country then don’t ever think to book that hotel. They can’t speak English. Hotel manager Kamal is one of the a……h… and never listen the problem. Every other days room lock do not work and you have to go all the way to reception and fix it. Stay away from that hotel.

Pros:

You get what you pay for. The hotel is just about avertage and nothing more to it. Best advantages was that it is close by to some restaraunts, including the local bus stop. There were no tissues in the room, had to request towels and slippers.

I had found nothing to like the property except the city view from my window!!! None of the stuff could speak in English, not even basic !! So we really had a bad experience to communicate!! One of the tap had only hot water could not use it for washing face or hand! So staying was not worthy and I deserve to get my money back!
