It’s not a true hotel. They claim 24 hour service but not true. The wort part is that no towers are available despite being promised to receive them at night. Hot water is very limited and not good enough for a quick shower in winter. Terrible experience.

Cleanliness was really poor and the service even worse than that. The hotel doesnt even provide towels. Nobody answers the reception phone. The bath tub and restroom are extremely worn out and marks of rust were there on floor and walls. Bath tub broken. The entire room was stinking of smoke and old age.

Poor Room general quality, worst bathroom (smell and no towels during the all 1 night/morning Stay).

The place is in a deplorable state. It’s so aged and gloomy that it gives a feeling of living in an underdeveloped unlike the blooming KSA. The place requires immense make over and staff needs to be trained to International standards.

No Towels, no disposable slippers, soap for 1 when room is booked for 2, broken toilet doors, broken shower cabins, congested toilet placement.

Service is very slow and bad

Room was dirty. There was hair on the bed. Toilet is not clean.

This hotel did not offer the amenities it advertises on the website. It says there's an airport transfer, and it isn't. Only one staff member was polite. They didn't even take out the ashtray for the non-smoking room and they just tried to cover up the smell with incense. I would not recommend this hotel. It didn't offer what it says on the website.

The Hotel doesn’t not have Parking and bad smell inside recaption also the bedroom not clean all materials dirty and have bad small it’s one of the baddies hotel that I see. I am Sad about the money I spent for rent.

I have been there. The worst rooms. I have seen in my life.

My experience was not good. Despite my confirmed booking, they told me that no room is available. After 20 minutes of discussion, then agreed to give me a room. This is a very nonprofessional approach of customer dealing.

Smoking smell

I picked this hotel as it was cheap and also just five minutes walk to my client's office. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The suite I had was lovely and also clean. The bathroom was the problem. It was tired and cleaned as well as was possible but not great. Some bedrooms don't have windows. I had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and very comfortable for the three nights I was there. I would stay here again. The place had a nice feel and the cafe and foyer ares we very nice. They just need new bathrooms.

I stayed three days in comfort Inn and i have to change the room three time , there was always some sort of problem to the rooms , toilet flash not working to not hot water available , the room was not clean enough you can smell cigarette smoke smell on the pillow and sheet . overall very poor room . the hotel next door was cleaner and cheaper , I was told by Hotel.com that this is good hotel which was misleading .

When I reserved the room I thought I will get Comfort Inn standards but turn out it is just like any furnished apartment in Riyadh. With the exception of the nice treatment of the staff at the front disk everything else was too ordinary. The worst was their cafeteria.
