Brenda could not have been more welcoming and gracious. She is an exceptional concierge and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The grounds were stunning and the food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a three course delight every morning. It is conveniently located to some of the best beaches and Ciutadella, though you will need a car to explore. The drive to the hotel is a bit of an adventure as it is completely immersed in nature, but still very convenient to Ciutadella. We loved Saura beach just ten minutes away and En Brut is a must just outside of Ciutadella with cliff jumpers and turquoise waters. Would definitely recommend a special dinner at Corals overlooking the sea and renting a boat! Menorca is a very special place and we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful hotel in a serene and calm setting. Rooms are lovely with comfortable beds. Pool and dining areas are beautiful with tables under a canopy of trees. Nice setting for breakfast every morning. Hotel is also located near Ciutedella
Breakfast selection was limited and wifi was extremely patchy.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig.
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. das Personal war sehr nett. wenn man jedoch essen wollte dauerte es immer sehr lange bis man das Essen bekommen hat. sogar fürs Frühstück musste man ewigs warten. für 2 Portionen Pommes haben wir 40 min gewartet. aber die Anlage ist
sehr schön.
La carte du petit déjeuner est variée et originale. L’emplacement de l’hôtel au calme et loin de tout.
L’ensemble de l’hôtel manque de soin et cela se ressent particulièrement dans la chambre où la robinetterie, les huisseries, les lavabos et le mobilier notamment extérieur sont en mauvais état.
La salle de bain promise dans le descriptif de la chambre peut à peine être qualifiée de coin toilette (photo 1) puisqu’elle se résume à un petit espace entièrement ouvert sur la chambre accueillant deux lave-mains et une douche sans même un rideau où vit une colonie de fourmis (photo 3). Seuls les WC bénéficient d’une porte.
Le Wifi ne fonctionne qu’aux alentours de la réception et du restaurant et pas du tout dans la chambre. La réparation promise pour le lendemain n’a jamais eu lieu, et d’autres membres du personnel ont confirmé que le réseau ne fonctionnait jamais dans les chambres…
Enfin, en l’absence d’un poste de barman, le personnel du service du bar fait globalement preuve de sympathie mais manque cruellement de formation et de rigueur, les doses et compositions des cocktails (vendus 18€) et des apéritifs variant aléatoirement en fonction de qui l’a préparé.
La même remarque s’applique au petit-déjeuner dont les plats sont, en fonction des jours, préparés par deux chefs différents, qui n’ont clairement pas une approche similaire du soin, des recettes et des portions.
Tout ceci est évidemment inacceptable dans un établissement qui revendique 5 étoiles et facture plus de 450€ par nuit une chambre de 17m2.
Nous avons fait part de nos remarques à la directrice qui nous a assuré tenir compte de notre déception.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant (Señora Flore). Das Hotel hat seinen eigenen Stil, alles ist weiss gestrichen, aber trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Essen ist super, kleines Frühstückbuffet, vieles kann man à la Carte bestellen. Abendessen ist sehr schön präsentiert und super gut. Bei schönem Wetter kann man unter Bäumen essen, leider war es oft abends zu kalt und zu windig. Die Liegen am Pool sind sehr bequem (Betten) und man hat auch die Möglichkeit auf einer grossen Wiese im Schatten zu liegen. Das Hotel eignet sich sehr gut zum Relaxen, für 1-3 Tage. Eine Massage auf der Terrasse ist zu empfehlen.
Bei kühlem Wetter gibt es nicht genügend Esstische im Innern.
Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Schrank und nicht genügend Platz für die Unterbringung der Kleider. Das Bett ist sehr niedrig und es gibt keinen Fernseher (ist nicht schlimm, sollte man aber angeben). Es fehlt ein Vergrösserungsspiegel im Badezimmer . Das Hotel liegt ganz abgelegen, der Weg dorthin ist sehr holperig und es ist von Vorteil einen Wagen zu haben oder sich per Taxi nach Ciutadella bringen zu lassen. Vom Hotel aus gibt es keine Spaziermöglichkeiten, ausser zu der hauseigenen Sunsetbar.
Amazing experience. Great location, just 10min away for Ciutadella. Very central to the best calas and beaches of Menorca. Would choose this exact same location in the future. Great Atmosphere with an impecable decor, room was amazing, great bed, clean and confortable. Noise level was low, great to relax and recharge batteries. Service was amazing, breakfast experience was impecable. Would definitely come back.
