It’s a beautiful hidden hotel with lovely gardens and facilities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Flor and her amazing team from the restaurant team who always showed her hospitality and professionalism with kindness and attention to details.
Our assigned room originally was super small. We asked for upgrade and the room was amazing and huge garden with private pool.

Prachtige inrichting van de gebouwen en de kamers.
De damkap/airco van de keuken maakt een hels lawaai en verstoord totaal de rust en kalmte van de plek. Echt spijtig en onbegrijpelijk.
Je kan van het hotel niet met de wagen tot de stranden in de buurt.. Ofwel dien je de -prijzige- fiets te huren ofwel te voet ( normaal te doen maar bij heet weer echt niet aan te raden) ofwel de bus nemen in Ciutadella ...
Prijs kwaliteit van het restaurant is niet in evenwicht. We hebben op even idyllische plekken met een veel hogere kwaliteit gegeten asn de helft van de prijs.
Het wordt ook tijd om wat opfrissingswerken uit te voeren. Typerend is de aankomst: aan de poort zijn sommige letters van de naam van het hotel weggevallen. Qua eerste indruk kan dit tellen. De inrichting werkt met mooie elegante stoffen die ook aan onderhoud onderhevig zijn.( vlekken,...)
Il cibo e la struttura
La pulizia!!! Per il prezzo che ho pagato onestamente mi aspettavo molto di più. La doccia era lercia, il cesso perdeva sempre acqua e l’ho fatto notare e non hanno fatto nulla. Lo scopino del bagno era rotto. c’era sempre odore a pipi. Il letto evidentemente aveva pulci o qualcosa di simile perché tutti i giorni mi sono alzata con dei ponfi nel corpo… una volta tornata coincidentemente non li ho più avuti. Una settimana dopo sto ancora lottando con uno sfogo terribile che mi è venuto sul viso. L’aria condizionata non raffreddava e mi hanno mandato due ragazzi in giorni diversi a sistemarla e non sono riusciti: ho chiesto dunque un ventilatore che non mi è mai arrivato. Formiche ovunque.

I bordi della piscina sono sporchi ed è sempre piena di foglie, durante il giorno non viene mai pulita.
Il pavimento del patio privato della stanza è tutto arrugginito. Il bagno è molto piccolo infatti quando si fa la doccia si allarga tutto…
Servizio nei punti di ristoro serali non è all’altezza del tipo di ristorazione che si vuole fare. Molto lento e non preparato. il prezzo non è giustificato.
