Cons:

We've stayed at this hotel several times. Whenever I go on a business trip, my wife and my 5-year-old daughter usually come here to relax.
We really loved this place.
However, the last time we were there, for some reason the credit card used for the reservation didn’t work, and they refused to give my wife and daughter a room. My wife said it was very humiliating for them. It took nearly two hours of haggling before they were finally able to get the room after my wife made a new reservation and paid with her own card. I should note that up until then, we’d always paid in cash upon checkout. For some reason, the receptionist in question refused to allow this option and spoke condescendingly to my wife. Of course, my wife put up with this behavior solely for the sake of our little girl, since she really loves this hotel. But instead of staying for several days of relaxation, they decided to go home the very next day.
We’re looking for another favorite hotel. No one should have to put up with disrespect!!!

Pros:

This is our third stay at the hotel. We love it. Size, service, location is incredible

Cons:

The property is starting to show wear and tear and it’s probably time for a renovation. Especially in the common areas and the bed was uncomfortable. We travel a lot and this was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in in the past year.

I had a wonderful stay at Vincci Selección Aleysa. From the moment i arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything i needed.
The hotel itself is excellent, with superb facilities that are beautifully maintained and make for a truly relaxing stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic selection at every meal, and the wine was equally impressive.
Everything about my experience exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel with outstanding service, excellent facilities, and fantastic food, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vincci Selección Aleysa. I look forward to returning.

Always feels like home
Pros:

My wife and I have been coming here for over nine years and each visit has been
beyond excellect. The staff are exceptional and always ready to serve you with a smile. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has its own private spot on the beach.The spa is also spotlessly clean and a great place to relax.The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious.There are always plenty of sunbeds for everyone even when the hotel is full booked. Never ever want to leave and always want to return. A big thank you to all the staff for making our visit once again incredible and hope to see you all once again real soon.

Unique hotel with amazing staff!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Vincci Aleysa, as always. This is an unique hotel with a quiet atmosphere and fantastic views. The private beach with sunbeds and nice service is also great. This is my fifth stay at the hotel and it feels like coming home. Thanks to all the fantastic people working at the hotel!
