The staff
Beautiful hotel, our room was fabulous with a second floor for teenager and a fabulous terrace looking out over the beach. It was very peaceful although surrounded by bars and restaurants on the seafront side which might mean it's less peaceful during the busy summer months! The restaurant is fabulous - beautiful view out to sea and lovely food. Service was exceptional.

Unfortunately, the selection of foods for the dinner a-la-carte was limited. We recommend introducing more specials that change daily.

The service at Aleysa Playa 5* Hotel is second to none. All staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. All rooms are very pleasant and have Tea and Coffee making facilities. They supply a bottle of water every day. Breakfast and diners are superb. The hotel is in an ideal position in the centre of Benalmadena. Many bars and restaurants are close by as is the beach.
We spent 4 nights at the hotel and enjoyed our time there immensely. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast and lunch was of very good quality. We did not eat dinner in the hotel as there were so many restaurants directly outside that we visited. We enjoyed the spa area and it was never too busy. We will definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to other people.

Najwspanialszy hotel w jakim dotąd się zatrzymaliśmy , personel przemiły , pomocny , hotel na najwyższym poziomie , luksusowy , pokoje duże , przestronne , wyśmienite śniadania . Jeśli wrócimy to tylko tam .

Absolutely nothing
Nous avons absolument tout aimé dans cet établissement. De l'accueil de Felipe absolument parfait, jusqu'au départ avec la gentillesse du voiturier et l'honnêtetée de la femme de ménage, qui nous a trouvé et rendu mes AirPods, alors que nous étions déjà parti de l'hôtel. Célina et Péppi ont été d'une vraie gentillesse, tout le long de notre séjour. Et merci à tout le personnel que l'on oublie. Tout le monde a été parfait.
L'hôtel est extrêmement propre et la vue époustouflante.
Le service est irréprochable sur l'ensemble des prestations.
Nous reviendrons.

Everything from arrival to departure was exceptional. The staff was outstanding, especially our concierge Sophie. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had a fantastic time!
This by far was a great experience from start to finish, the location and facilities were great. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was as good as it gets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at your beautiful hotel. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and were always warmly welcomed by all your staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable and to a high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and the breakfast was varied and plentiful.
The Front Desk Manager, Sophie, dealt with an issue in a most professional, efficient and courteous manner.
We are extremely happy with the quality of service provided and we will certainly be returning to your hotel for many years to come.
