für ein kurzen Stop Top, für eine Woche nur ok
Pros:

Wir haben im November 2025 eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist ohne Frage sehr schön. Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, das Gelände wird abends durch ein Tor geschlossen, was ein solides Sicherheitsgefühl vermittelt. Bei späterer Rückkehr ist ein Nachtwächter per Klingel erreichbar das ist pragmatisch gelöst und funktioniert zuverlässig.

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden sind erstklassig. Jeder Kontakt war durchweg positiv, zuvorkommend und professionell hier gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Das Frühstück war stets frisch und geschmacklich gut. Allerdings fehlt es an Variation. Über mehrere Tage hinweg täglich nahezu das gleiche Angebot vorzufinden, ist für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel aus meiner Sicht zu wenig und verschenkt Potenzial.

Die Zimmer sind dank einer zweiten Zimmertür gut schallisoliert. Die Betten sind bequem, auch wenn die Matratzen eher sehr hart ausfallen. Das Zimmer selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Einrichtung passt gut zum schlossartigen Interieur des Hauses.

Cons:

Negativ aufgefallen ist jedoch ein deutlicher muffiger Geruch, der insbesondere abends wahrnehmbar ist. Vermutlich wäre hier eine gründliche Reinigung oder Erneuerung des Teppichbodens erforderlich, um wieder ein frisches Raumklima zu schaffen.
Das Badezimmer wirkt relativ neu, was grundsätzlich positiv ist. Ich verstehe den Wunsch, in großen Fliesen nicht zu bohren, dennoch wären einfache Halterungen für Toilettenpapier und eigene Duschutensilien absolut notwendig. Die Ausführungsqualität ließ leider zu wünschen übrig: Die Duschkabine war defekt, die Sauberkeit in den Ecken und Fugen mangelhaft sichtbar. Zusätzlich war der Wasserdruck der Regendusche sehr gering, die Düsen waren deutlich verkalkt. Hier wäre eine einfache, aber wirkungsvolle Maßnahme, die Duschköpfe konsequent zu erneuern.

Was mich persönlich jedoch deutlich gestört hat, ist der kleine Käfig, in dem die beiden Papageien gehalten werden. Das empfinde ich als nicht artgerecht. Gerade im Bereich des Essensaals wäre ausreichend Platz für eine deutlich größere und tiergerechtere Lösung vorhanden.
