Absolutely sublime! We were transported into a beautiful luxury haven. I will be back for sure.

Stunning property! I cannot tell you how magnificent this place is. We were treated so well. Attention to detail second to none. This is hands down top 5 of the best places I ever stayed and I am a seasoned business traveller. Pictures are exactly as they are and the grounds are magnificent. The spa is fit for a royal! All the staff are exceptional in service. They made our family girls trip so amazing. Away from the hustle of the Medina is this oasis. We loved the Medina but was good to escape back to our slice of paradise. Please note this is a relaxation luxury destination.

Cons:

Unfortunately we booked a two bedroom villa with pool and in March the pool was freezing even though temperatures were high! The manager explained that only the main pool was heated but we didn't know so check in advance! They did offer a room upgrade for thr next visit.

Le site est magnifique dans un emplacement calme hyper ressourçant mais à seulement 30mn du centre de Marrakech.

Cons:

L’établissement a certainement été l’un de plus beaux palace de Marrakech mais il manque d’investissement et les installations nécessitent une rénovation.

Memorable and Wonderful at the Palais Namaskar in Marrakesh Morocco.
Pros:

The Palais Namaskar, from the moment that we entered the exquisite grounds, to the wntrance of the lavish suite, was overwhelmingly beautiful. The property is engulfed in a lovely stream of flowing water surrounded by lush foliage of so many flowering species. The outdoor areas were adorned with crystals situated above the walkways, glittering in the sunlight...simply gorgeous. The suite was very large with high ceilings and well appointed with impressive draperies and intimate sleeping accomodations...with two restrooms, a dressing area and and private outdoor patio that faced a lovely quadrant of water set with palm trees. The fireplace provided us with a very romantic setting and a warm atmosphere in the midst of a colder night. The reservation came with a lavish breakfast and excellent dining. The New Year's Eve celebration was spectacular. And finally, one of the most impressive aspects of the palace resort was the amazing hospitality of the entire staff. Everyone was extremely polite, professional and accommodating. It really made the entire experience so heartfelt and lovely. My husband and I will have many memorable moments and nostalgic memories of a wonderful honeymoon spent at the Palais Namaskar in Marrakech, Morocco.

We recently planned a wedding at Palais Namaskar in November and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. As wedding planners, we work with luxury properties around the world and Palais Namaskar truly stands out for its combination of breathtaking surroundings, incredible service and meticulous attention to detail.

The staff were phenomenal, warm, attentive and consistently going above and beyond for our couple, their guests and our team. Their level of care made the planning process seamless and the wedding weekend feel effortless. Every request was handled with genuine hospitality and professionalism.

The food and service throughout the stay and across all events were outstanding. From beautifully executed menus to flawless service delivery, the culinary and banquet teams exceeded expectations and contributed significantly to the guest experience.

The property itself is extraordinary. Its serene water features, elegant architecture, lush gardens and atmospheric lighting created a truly magical backdrop for the celebrations. Every location within the hotel photographed beautifully and added to the overall sense of luxury and romance.

The water in the swimming pool is very cold and there is no heating, the water is very dirty, the bathtub is outside the villa and very dirty, there are many insects, the TV is old and the screen is small and does not work well, the windows are big and the curtain does not cover the light, the bathroom in the villa is small and the bathroom in the suite is big, and other things that do not need to be mentioned

Lieu vraiment incroyable, le problème est qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel 5X décadent. Le personnel n'est pas formé pour un 5 étoiles de standing... beaucoup d'oublis, une fois oui une fois non pour certaines choses basiques telle que les tasse à café, les plats (nous étions deux ... une seul tasse et un selle plat ...etc )
Le service mini bar catastrophique! Impossible de lui expliquer le type de café que nous aimons... toujours des café différents... nous avons bien rigolé 😁

Belle piscine mais pas chauffée et souvent sale
Et inutile d'appeler le personnel... car rien n'a changé après trois nettoyage.... problème de filtres? Je ne sais pas...
