The king spa room was beautiful, bed is super comfortable

Everything was great! Bed was comfy. Bathroom clean and spacious. Free wifi worked great in the room. The food was fresh and delicious. Room service was super quick and fresh. Service everywhere was great! Coffee I had each morning was great! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Parking so handy and free, and having the supermarket next door was great too. Location was perfect for my work stay.
As a non smoker, I'm quite sensitive to cigarette smoke. Down stairs around the pokey area did smell a little bit of cigarette smoke, but it was tolerable. The room didn't smell at all so that was the main thing :) and i didn't notice it in the other areas of the venue.
Spa Bath so soothing
I found there some strange noises during the night not sure what it was didn't last long but it was weird

It’s was clean well presented the staff were friendly and helpful
The shower, the water saver shower head was partially blocked not easy to shower. Could have picked a better water saver shower head
There is nothing we don’t like about the Arkaba Hotel, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and well maintained and the beds are Devine to sleep in. We also love the spa bath.
