Convenient as I was one of the organisers of an event in The Ark

Extremely pricey given we spent almost $20,000 on an event in the venue and that was without all our members who booked rooms.

Pros:

The staff were pleasant, the room met our needs and there is everything you need close by.

Cons:

There was a loud terrible plumbing noise from the room above when they showered which woke us up very early.

Pros:

I liked the convenience. It didnt take long to travel anywhere.

Cons:

Hotel was dated and expensive. I paid for 2 breakfasts but couldnt use as we were leaving early and the kitchen was closed. It didnt open until 7.00am. The hotel wouldnt give us a refund. We booked the accommodation online but we have had refunds before without any hassle at other hotels if unable to have breakfast.. Also the reception was closed when we left at 6.45am and that made it difficult where to put the key.

We just had our 3rd stay at the Arkaba Hotel, and it was just as amazing as the first two 🤍

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and I truly enjoyed celebrating my birthday there. The staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable, and everything made my special day feel extra memorable. Can’t wait to come back again! ✨🎂
