By the beach, central location
Sea view from balcony
Renovated in a modern way

Cons:

Staff refused to replenish tea/coffee/milk and was told to pay for breakfast instead.

Also on checking in, after very long travel times, staff asked for half rest of deposit to be paid on different card from card used to pay first half of payment on booking.com and were being obstructive when asked to use initial payment method.
Room fairly small overall for price.

I will never come to this place again.
Pros:

I clarified something very basic. When booking, I confirmed this in writing with the host, and they said, “of course.” This is a simple, basic request that should have been possible. Upon our arrival, they completely ignored it and did not fulfill it. We asked the receptionist for this simple request again, and they said it was, of course, possible. Once again, it was not fulfilled. We asked for this basic thing again the next day. Then there was another receptionist on duty. It seems they didn’t pass the information on to each other. Once again, it was not fulfilled.

Cons:

I also reached out to the property owner about the issue. They rejected it in writing, gave a negative response, and did not address it.
