Pros:

Sehr schöner SPA Bereich, hervorragende Kinderbetreuung, tolle Reitschule, liebe Reitlehrerin, tolles Frühstück, sehr gutes Drinks an der Tagesbar, herzliches Personal, sauber, sehr gute Lage, wunderschöner Garten.

Die Brotzeit war inklusive, immer sehr vielfältig, schmackhaft und mit Liebe zubereitet. Leberkäs, Wiener und Salate waren dabei. Nicht verpassen!

Das Kinderbuffet hat meiner Tochter sehr gefallen.

Der Caesar Salat mit Hühnerbrust in der Tagesbar ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das kleine Zimmer ist gemütlich und ausreichend für 1 Person mit Kind. Allerdings ist der Schrank zu groß und zu tief, dass bei geöffneten Türen kein Durchgang mehr möglich. Ein kleiner Ventilator sollte in jedem Zimmer stehen.,

Das Rindertatar an der Tagesbar war leider nicht nach meinem Geschmack.

Es wäre toll, wenn auf der Speisekarte in der Tagesbar eine herzhafte Suppe zur Auswahl stehen würde. Im Sommer sollte natürlich auch Eis für die Kleinen nicht fehlen.

Perfect stay - home away from home and a great Basecamp to explore Tegernsee

The property is beautiful and has a beautiful vibe especially around the little river and pond ! Felt very relaxing

Отель не исполнил наших ожиданий…
Pros:

Большой комплекс , просторные номера, небольшая, но хорошая зона Wellness , с зоной только для взрослых.

Cons:

К сожалению, отдых , отель и сервис не исполнили наши ожидания.
1. Локация - далеко от озера, 20 минут до набережной, 35 минут бодрым шагом до «пляжа». Отель на перекрестке двух достаточно напряженных дорог, в номере было шумно от проезжающих машин. ( кондиционер отсутствует)
2. Сервис - «холодный» , персонал очень не дружелюбен, все улыбаются, но чувствуешь себя лишним. Персонал не всегда профессиональный, забыли закрыть машину, стояла три дня открытая на парковке, не совсем верная информация о услугах. Выезд занял 35 минут, причем система депозит потом оплата а потом возврат депозита это катастрофа, просто пришлось делать лишние действия и переводить сумму в кронах на евро.
3. Уборка комнат и пополнение минибара- 2 первых дня как-то было, третий день удалось поймать молодого человека и пополнить минибар без уборки, четвёртый день не пришла ни уборка ни минибар. Это не пятизведочный сервис.
4 отель не дружелюбный по отношению к собакам, хотя цена проживания нашего питомца была очень не маленькая ( цена за домашнее животное плюс повышение категории номера)
5. Много детей, тяжело находится в общественных пространствах отеля
6. Курение на балконах - однозначно необходимо запретить либо выделить курящую и некурящую зону, невозможно открыть окно так как вокруг курят на балконе..
