The highlight of the stay was the employees. Each employee went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.
Our initial room had some AC issues, expected during a heat wave. This was handled promptly, but unfortunately our new room was still rather warm. The staff did all things possible to accommodate.
Perfect location, impressive room automation and attentive service.
Great location in South Kensington and right by the tube station and numerous cafes, pubs,restaurants. Modern, clean hotel , comfortable bed and the staff were all fantastically friendly and helpful.
Very minor point that housekeeping didn’t refill our coffee supply when they cleaned but nothing of note to dislike.

My room had a bad smell maybe from the carpet shame as everything else was great
Beautiful hotel, just next door to South Kensington tube station, so perfectly communicated, walking distance to Natural History Museum, Hyde Park or Harrods. In the room there is all, what you need to feel comfortable.
We were told, we get the message, when our room is ready after arrival (it was around midday), but no message or call was done.

Air conditioning in our room was abysmal
This gem is located perfectly for tourism. Steps to South Kensington or just alongside a bus stop and taxi line. The linens and bed were so comfortable. Restaurant provided hearty and lovely food at all hours. Front desk personnel, especially Jerry, were always willing to assist and provide local knowledge to our benefit.

Nice boutique hotel with very good breakfast. Close to train station , museums and coffee shops.
A bit expensive, but i suppose that's London.
My lovely room was on the main floor looking out onto the street which meant that I had to keep the drapes pulled. I like a bright room with a view so this was not ideal.
My room and bathroom were beautifully appointed but small, would have liked more space.
