My friend found this hotel through American Express and what an absolute gem it is! This was our second year, staying at the hotel and quite honestly I see no reason to go anywhere else
Beautiful rooms with great amenities and thoughtful details like adaptors and snacks and water. I was on the first floor facing a street and traffic noise was not at all an issue. Such a charming place, incredibly convenient to the Tube, and I would 100% recommend.

Staff were exceptional! Friendly and even helped us with our luggage to our room and showed us how to use the facilities. Cleaning staff did a fantastic job turning the room around each day. The room and hotel was very well kept and comfortable. We had free drinks in the fridge every day which was great. Tea and coffee facilities were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
The view from our window wasn't the best, but it can't be helped and it didn't detract from our stay.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds plush and inviting.

From the staff to the in-room amenities and location this hotel is the ideal. It’s located just steps from a centralized tube station, museums are walking distance away, and there are some great restaurants nearby too. Plus the in-house restaurant is great for the end of a busy day in London. With coffee, tea, beverages and snacks “on the house” in each room, it feels like home.
