Very comfortbale hotel that everything offers that you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great entrance, nice rooms and a more than good bed. Great roomservice as well.
The tubestation is literally 100 meters from the hotel and the surrounding is full of nice streets, shops, restaurants and pubs,. A great place to stay!
Basically nothing
Overall a very good stay. One of the best beds I have ever slept in: despite the absence of a pillow menu, the pillow was perfect for my taste. The room was well sized and very clean. The minibar was almost complimentary, which was a very appreciated touch.
On the downside, service could be improved: no assistance with luggage to the room, no turndown service, and communication with the concierge was ineffective (messages are sent via SMS but cannot be replied to, resulting in a lost request). Overall, I expected more given the star rating and the affiliation with Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Hotel room was too small for the two of us and once the suitcase was on the floor it was difficult to walk from the bed to the bathroom - upgrade to get more space would be my recommendation
