Please note that bookings for double bed or two twin beds in accommodations for one person may undergo changes at check-in upon availability, but will be granted priority as required by the guests.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check in from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Espaço dos quartos e custo benefício são muito bons. Ótima localização e o atendimento é excepcional. Ótimo café da manhã.

Os móveis são mais antigos, mas muito bem conservados. E a piscina é rasa, boa somente para crianças. A academia poderia ser melhor, mas atende bem.

Pros:

Excelente localização e quarto com várias comodidades. Excelente para viagens com amigos pois o quarto possui sala e cozinha.
Internet funciona muito bem e a equipe é muito atenciosa.
Já fiquei algumas vezes nesse hotel e certamente voltaria.

Viajei com minha esposa, minha mãe e minha bebê de 8 meses e ficamos por 8 noites. O apartamento tinha tudo que precisávamos para ter uma boa estadia. Tudo muito limpo. Conseguimos ter a sensação de estar em casa com a bebê. A localização foi perfeita também e conseguimos ter acesso a tudo o que precisávamos facilmente. Os funcionários todos são excelentes e atenciosos. Usamos a piscina com a bebê também e ela amou! É uma piscina rasinha, mas bem bonita e agradável. E ficamos bem satisfeitas com o café da manhã.

Eu amei a estadia e ficaria novamente com certeza, mas tenho algumas sugestões de melhoria.

Senti falta de algumas coisas (que poderiam tornar a estadia ainda melhor) no apartamento, especialmente um espelho de corpo inteiro e alguns itens básicos de limpeza, como detergente para lavar louças. E a pressão da água no banheiro poderia ser melhor.

Além disso, a realização de obras durante a estadia gerou um pouco de incômodo devido ao barulho. Eu entendo que, por vezes, é inevitável que isso aconteça, mas o hotel poderia considerar dar um aviso aos hóspedes sobre o barulho. Imagino que um aviso do tipo possa ajudar não só famílias com crianças (como a minha) como também, por exemplo, pessoas que se programaram para trabalhar do hotel.
