Nice hotel. But not worth even 1/3 of its price

It’s super expensive compared to what you get
I’ve being charged 2300 baht for a meal at the Resteruant of the hotel which I ordered just fish, potatoes and avocado. 140 baht for bottle of water at the pool.
The spa which branded as “winning awards” I paid over 6k baht for 90 minutes treatment for couple, which was mediocre minus! Very disappointing. Also, the beds are super old, not comfortable and hard to sleep on. And the AC was barely working at our room. After few complains nothing changed much. And the breakfast was very minimal, nothing special. For a person who likes to eat clean food, the choices was very limited. Another thing that drove me crazy, is that in the entire hotel, they couldn’t provide me with a normal size mug to drink my coffee with! What kind of 5 stars hotel don’t have normal size mug? I even brought my coffee with me. All they had thous small espresso glasses, and medium minus size glasses.. I had to literally buy myself big mug at the mall for me to be able to drink coffee normally



It’s squeeze the vacation feeling out of you, I have no problem to pay, but there are things that make sense and there are things that feels like tourists scam

If the hotel had softer beds I would rate it as good as any hotel in central Pattaya. If you don’t mind a harder bed this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Average. Won’t be staying again, need to have security at the pool by the beach

Have stayed here 3 times now

Cons:

The small pool area close to the beach was once a nice chill area to spend time. This stay it was overtaken by people taking videos and endless selfies with no respect for who was going to be in the background. Paying 10k baht a night this pool should be exclusive to the suites

Pros:

The hotel staff are well trained, and the food at the Radius Restaurant is superb. I especially enjoyed having dinner by the sea, although it was a bit windy at times. Overall, the facilities are excellent.

Cons:

I think the corridor from the lobby to the car park is a bit dim. Improving the lighting in this area would enhance both comfort and safety.
