吃完早餐到泳池游水，向員工索取毛巾時，員工毫無表情跟我說沒有毛巾！沒有任何解釋！我滿頭問號！
因不想員工影响我旅遊的心情，就不想再追問那個員工了!住了兩個晚上，大部份員工給我的感覺都不友善！我房間有兩個露台，其中一個向海的露台門，第二天就壞了開不到門，但又不想搵員工處理，所以就算了！
Views from my balcony, and light spacious room.
Rooms very cheaply furnished, and getting a bit tatty.
Nowhere to put wash bag in the bathroom.
Pieces of rusty metal constantly falling onto the balcony.

We had an amazing 5 nights and 6 days stay at this hotel. And we truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained with excellent facilities especially the two swimming pools. It has a breathtaking sea views that made our vacation extra special. Thank you to all the staff for the thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us upon check-in. The beautiful flower arrangement and delicious cake in our room made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. It was such a sweet gesture that made our celebration even more memorable.
The location was a little bit far and secluded from everything. It was located in the far side between Wong Amat Beach. And Cape Dara beach was so rocky. But overall, because it has free shuttle service to Terminal 21 it was okay. We still enjoyed our slow days in this resort. Thank you Cape Dara! 🙂

Really liked this room, amazing views.
A little bit on the expensive side considering the tough competition but it was reasonable enough.

The rooms are old. And cranky. Not fresh at all.
It’s super expensive compared to what you get
I’ve being charged 2300 baht for a meal at the Resteruant of the hotel which I ordered just fish, potatoes and avocado. 140 baht for bottle of water at the pool.
The spa which branded as “winning awards” I paid over 6k baht for 90 minutes treatment for couple, which was mediocre minus! Very disappointing. Also, the beds are super old, not comfortable and hard to sleep on. And the AC was barely working at our room. After few complains nothing changed much. And the breakfast was very minimal, nothing special. For a person who likes to eat clean food, the choices was very limited. Another thing that drove me crazy, is that in the entire hotel, they couldn’t provide me with a normal size mug to drink my coffee with! What kind of 5 stars hotel don’t have normal size mug? I even brought my coffee with me. All they had thous small espresso glasses, and medium minus size glasses.. I had to literally buy myself big mug at the mall for me to be able to drink coffee normally
It’s squeeze the vacation feeling out of you, I have no problem to pay, but there are things that make sense and there are things that feels like tourists scam
