Pros:

The hotel staff are well trained, and the food at the Radius Restaurant is superb. I especially enjoyed having dinner by the sea, although it was a bit windy at times. Overall, the facilities are excellent.

Cons:

I think the corridor from the lobby to the car park is a bit dim. Improving the lighting in this area would enhance both comfort and safety.

Average. Won’t be staying again, need to have security at the pool by the beach

Have stayed here 3 times now

Cons:

The small pool area close to the beach was once a nice chill area to spend time. This stay it was overtaken by people taking videos and endless selfies with no respect for who was going to be in the background. Paying 10k baht a night this pool should be exclusive to the suites

Pros:

Staff were great, beds were very comfy, nice cafe on site and great views in the lounge. Also a very good location.

Cons:

It is a little hard to justify the price, the place was excellent but it is a very high cost in a very competitive market. If your very wealthy just go ahead and book this one but if budget is an issue then maybe look elsewhere. That being said perhaps the company I booked through may of added to the cost.
