Terrible experience with the hotels.com.
I made the date wrong and wouldn’t switch it.
I had to get the hotel to fix the trouble.
Wasn’t happy with your service for the first time. The hotel and service was 5 star tho.

Pros:

When I checked in on line, I had to use my credit card for incidentals. When I arrived at the hotel the desk clerk required me to give him a credit card for incidentals even though I had already given one. I used the same card and then he tells me it is different than the one on file. This doesn’t make any sense and I can’t help but feel my card may be slated to be compromised. I am very uncomfortable and unhappy over this I will never use your advance check in again.
