It was an apartment. The place felt like home. Great to stay with a large family .

Rooms are dated but decent. Floors need cleaning with more detail. Pool was nice. They only leave 2 towels for 4 people on weekends trip and refused to bring bedding for the pull out couch. We had to go to Walmart for blankets at 1 am

Good property, got us in at last minute as replacement.

Shower heads need to be cleaned, Orlando water is horrible. Coffee maker needs instructions.

I apprecited the fact that laundry machines were free for guests to use and the office staff didn't pile people in on top of you. They kept distance between guests. We'll visit again!

The property didn’t have someone available for check in when we arrived at 11:15pm. We had to wait 30 minutes to find the maintenance staff to let us in. Also the 1 bedroom villa we were given had a non working toilet that needed to be repaired and refrigerator that leaked everywhere in the kitchen for 2 days until we checked out. Rooms need to be repaired and updated slightly before guests arrive.

Loved the room. The price and how quiet and comfortable everything was.

This hotel was not a hotel but rater a hotel made of old apartments... so it appeared.
The place is massively outdated...no wifi,Ac didn't work correctly ,and the bathrooms smelled of urine.
Also saw 2 roaches in the unit.
it was quiet the 2 nights we stayed ... but that was the only positive thing towards the stay and sleep.
Definitely will not be staying again...and feel ripped off enough to actually want to report it to Whyndam corporate.

Front desk staff is efficient and straight forward of what can and cannot be done. They allowed us into the room earlier than check in time to put our stuff away. The room felt like a small apartment therefore we were able to cook simple meals for our family of 7. It needs some upgrades like there was a crack on one of the entrance tiles and on the front door stopper. In one of the rooms the closet had a boiler tank in it and that is where the clothes had to be placed. Also the door was hard to open at all time's. The bed mattress are old and thin. Not comfy at all!

Definitely would stay here again

Stayed in a 2 bathroom Queen suite that came equipped with a full kitchen, den and a Jacuzzi. It was so relaxing and a full view of the moderate pool area. The inside was immaculate and the resort staff was professional and kind. This is a prime location, close to restaurants, shopping and theme parks! We really enjoyed our stay.

Both bathrooms toilets were leaking, elevetor dirty n got stuck on elevator for a few minutes .

they turn off the elevator about 10:30 on Saturday and turn it back on Sunday morning around 8:00 and building one and I was on the 3rd floor

The room could have been a little cleaner. The walls in the bedroom and kitchen and separate bathroom had stains or what looked like bug guts on the walls

Great value for the price. Very spacious apartment in good location. Close to all major destinations. A bit outdated but nice and clean and quiet

The place was great, comfortable, clean, everything we needed, nice porch to sit out at night. Very relaxing and Cynthia at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We definitely plan to go again.
