Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean.

It was a very good hotel, will stay at this location again.
Pros:

I loved how clean the room was, and I appreciated being able to watch Netflix since the cable didn't have too many channels, which was a big plus. And enjoyed the room, which was roomy. And the price was good.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that the a/c was off and the room was very hot. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will stay again if I travel to Kilgore, TX.

Very poor quality and customer service.
Pros:

Not a lot that we liked. It was close to restaurants and the ac was great.

Cons:

The beds weren't cleaned properly, there was long black hairs on the bedding. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them and they inky gave you 1 roll of very bad toilet paper for the 4 days we booked. The room faintly smelled like cigarettes. Every now and then you could smell weed. This is a non-smoking facility so there shouldn't have been any of that. The breakfast was not good and there was not enough for the amount of guest staying there. The pool was green the entire time we were there. We had booked Friday-Monday, asked about checking out early and we're told that we could but wouldn't get refunded for the one day. Our checkout was not processed until after 12 on Monday when we checked out at 9am Sunday. Overheard other guest being told they would get refunded for the day they didn't stay due to checking lut early but anyone that was there with our group was told that we could not be refunded. We had a group that had at least 10 rooms booked and all were told the same thing.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy to get to

Cons:

Room smelt awful, the man at the front asked me three times at check in if we smoked I told him no only to walk into our room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. They didn’t have enough food ready for breakfast. Whole building has a gross smell. It’s like a pig with lipstick. Then we needed to check out early and they wouldn’t refund or credit. Overall disappointing and wouldn’t go back.

Great place, everything was absolutely perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable accommodations. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. That as far as it went.

Cons:

Lock on door didn't work, refrigerator didn't work and was so noisy had to unplug it. Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor. 1st floor worked but ice machine was in need of service. Not proper cubes and dirty, no light in ice machine room.
