Vistas espectaculares desde la habitación, cama muy cómoda. Zonas comunes muy cuidadas, varios salones para leer, relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas. Spa con agua a temperatura perfecta. Desayuno muy completo.

Hotel muito bem localizado junto das margens do rio Douro, muito confortável, com uma arquitetura completamente virada para o rio, tirando proveito, através das suas enormes janelas, da beleza natural envolvente. O pequeno-almoço é excecional com imensa variedade e produtos de elevada qualidade. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, com uma vista incrível sobre o Douro. Especial destaque para as pequenas atenções que fazem a diferença: kit para sono tranquilo, garrafa de champanhe (por ser o nosso aniversário de casamento), garrafa de água diária, chá e biscoitos. O spa é muito bom, dispondo de sauna húmida, sauna seca e piscina interior, com um ambiente muito tranquilo.
Apenas uma pequena nota para a carta do restaurante "À Terra" que deveria ser um pouco mais variada, ou seja, incluir mais pratos. No entanto, a qualidade dos mesmos é muito boa.
A comida do restaurante era muito boa, e todos os espaços ao ar livre tinha vistas muito bonitas.
A Área da piscina interior poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas de qualquer das formas tem boas condições.

A localização é excelente, o staff super cuidado, um excelente local para descansar e carregar baterias. Serviço de pequeno almoço agradavel.
A falta de um bar de acesso a piscina e SPA, o facto de pretender fazer um lanche e so ter disponivel o restaurante , que por sua vez nao tem possibilidade de sandes ou snacks so mesmo refeiçao ou pizza. E que obriga o hospede a vestir uma roupa para frequentar o restaurante quando o mesmo se encontra a relaxar nas piscinas.
E o facto de o pequeno almoço ter alguns itens a serem cobrados quando fazemos uma reserva com o pequeno almoço incluido aho que se entendem que o pequeno almoço tem de ser pago mais algum valor que o cobrem no gerl. Pois o hospede vai a contar com o pequeno almoço incluido e depois é cobrado por um pedido de algo que se pressupõe que o mesmo faz parte

The hotel is just a dream!!! So stylish and modern, ideally embedded to nature. Several pools (three) were great! Outdoor pool area was fantastic.
Everything was perfect, only the gym might have been bigger and with more equipment. Basically - if talk about the weights, only one person could be training at one time.
