Pros:

I've stayed for 2weeks. It was great time. All staff is very friendly and kind. The Lobby, all facilities and restaurants is great. Room is ALWAYS Clean but little bit old style.

This property was outstanding. The level of service was excellent and the name recognition by staff members was great. Everyone offered very friendly service, but Asher at the front desk went the extra mile. The staff members at the breakfast restaurant were also awesome.

Pros:

My Overall staying at this property experience is pleasant however you can’t benefit from the property amenities because of pandemic like pool is closed etc. staff are polite helpful. Food quality is above average, drinks are extremely expensive so you should bring your own drink. Cleanliness is good. Couldn’t use the hair dryer because couldn’t plug in the hair to wall power outlet.

部屋が清潔で良かったです。
立地もファイナンシャルセンター駅とエミレーツタワー駅とのちょうど真ん中辺りで歩いていける距離で飲食店もまあまああるので便利でした！ブルジュハリファの花火も徒歩で行けて良かったです。
贅沢な悩みですが部屋が広くて物を取りに行く時の移動距離が長い（笑）
洗面にあるコンセントにドライヤーのプラグが合わないですが、リビングやキッチンのコンセントで使えるのでまあOKです。

設施雖舊，但服務超班!
Pros:

酒店房間很大，每間房間都有洗手間和淋浴設施，對於家庭入住是方便的設計，但酒店的玻璃窗比較髒，其中兩間房的窗外都有類似雀屎的物體在上面，而房間的景觀可說是沒有，都被四面的建築物所包圍，很一般!
但麗思卡爾頓最出色的服務，在這家酒店完全能感受到，無論是前台，禮賓部，房務部……等員工都笑容滿面，又會主動打招呼和提供協助，這一切已足夠令人想再次入住。
