Very nice, friendly, clean property (see positive/negative comments above).
Pros:

Staff were excellent...friendly, informative, helpful & accommodating.

Cons:

The property is only minimally equipped for accessibility. Stair entrance, no elevator. We were advised on our 2nd day stay of a ramp (out the side, through a canteen type room). No signs to proactively indicate accessibility options. The staff switched our 2nd floor unit to a 1st floor room when our accessibility issues were taken into consideration.

staff was excellent.

Cons:

The heating in our room was too hot, not just a bit hot but EXTREMELY. Opening a window did nothing to alleviate it. This did not make for a pleasant night's sleep. I told the front desk mainly for them to check it before the next guest. They immediately apologized and gave us a 25% discount. That was very nice and not the reason I told them about it. There was obviously something wrong with the heat and I didn't want the next guest to experience what we did. They handled it professionally and quickly.

Only 1 chair when there are 2 adults in the room ... not everyone wants to lie on a bed to watch TV, read a book or do computer work
