Pros:

The staff was extremely nice when I first got there they'd given me a double room and I'd reserved a king room the staff fixed it right away and I was extremely happy with my room

That the pool closes at 10:00 and not 11:00

Your front desk staff very warm, friendly, helpful kind. Hotel close to Dennys .
Your staff sweetest people again we were notified by hotel of lost item appreciated the help . You had a fire lit in evening and it was lit in the morning because it got cold outside . Very kind and thoughtful to guests we loved it .

Check in was easy. Check in staff was very friendly, pleasant and efficient.

Cons:

We’ve stayed here many times but it has become evident that they are downgrading many aspects, such as breakfast offering, paper products like tissue and toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. Not crazy about the air conditioning system…noisy.
