Me gustó la tranquilidad, el personal, las vistas desde el hotel y no me gustó... tenernos que ir tan precipitadamente y no disfrutar más del hotel (pero volveremos)

Old Spanish Charm
Pros:

The hotel location is fabulous. The Hotel is beautiful. This hotel represents the old charm of a grand era. There are multiple living rooms, bar areas etc. There is a fabulous restaurant that serves 4 course meals at an extra charge. they have 2 outdoor pools, which one is an infinity pool with breathtaking view of Benicassin beaches. The Marine thermals resort facilities are beautiful and they provide outstanding service. They have doctors and physical therapist on staff. The hotel gardens are amazing. It gets all lit up in the evening: Magical. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel. I rally want to give it 5 stars, but it has a few short comings. There are no clear universal signs guiding guests to parking lot, thermas etc. With the exception of the front desk very few other staff members speak English. Although I do have to say that when I went to downtown to restaurants, and shops outside the hotel and they did not have English speaking staff. And finally, it needs some small updating, for instance the carpet on stairs is orange and it shows that it has not been replaced in at least 30 years. the laminate flooring is starting to show some wear. I will definitely come back. I Loved the old charm.
