La posizione è davvero ottima, con la metro a 3 minuti a piedi
Stanza molto piccola (comunque utilizzabile, bisogna solo organizzare lo spazio sopratutto per le valigie).
La colazione che ha solo 3 opzioni e non cambiano mai
朝食はいつも通り良かった。ロケーションは自分の生きたいところへのアクセスが良く、非常に便利。
今回の宿泊では、予約した部屋に設置されているテレビのネットが接続できず、別の部屋に移動するというトラブルがありましたが、フロントの対応含め特に不快感はありませんでした。

Bed and shower were good
Location was awful, as the streets surrounding the hotel were filled with trash and litter, aswell as lots of people smoking and spitting just onto the road. The kitchen seemed like it was cleaned, as it had visible dirt and stains on some of the untensils.
Ottima posizione, vicina alla metro e a tutti i servizi possibili. Gelato di benvenuto e kit di cortesia presenti in reception molto utili e di ampia varietà. Ho spedito i miei bagagli lì da Nagoya e non ci sono stati problemi.
La colazione è a menu fisso del ristorante e non c'è molta scelta, nemmeno la possibilità di scaldare il latte. Inoltre la mattina del check out siamo andati in aeroporto molto presto e, pur avendo pagato, non è stato possibile fare la colazione a portar via.
Small room for our luggages ended up packing in the corridor outside the room because luggages wont fit inside the room for two people

The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was full of amenities, the breakfast was great, it is close enough to Akihabara and there are many restaurants nearby. For the cost, this was a very surprisingly good hotel.
The room itself was a bit narrow, but for the price it was more than enough.
Everything. It is close to the subway, close to convenience stores. The hotel is clea and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is amazing. They provide toiletries and other stuff. Best thing also is they offer luggage shipping.

Small room and the hotel is quite old but the room is clean and it’s in a really good location to go anywhere in Tokyo
There are just 2 washing machines and one is broken while I was staying
The staff were very friendly, and the room was very clean and tidy. It was located about 20 mins walk from the area of the city we needed to get to which was handy.
The laundry service was good, but very difficult to get as there was always a queue and it was always in use. The room was very small, it would not suit people with mobility issues as one peson needs to climb across the bed to get to the other side. The breakfast was nice but limited. They had 3 options, 1 "western breakfast" which was ok, but the other 2 options both contained sea food which limits people to only 1 option if you dont like seafood.
La ubicacion genial tienes todo cerca metro, restaurantes, estacion de trenes etc..
El personal amable
La recepcion esta en el sotano al cual tienes que bajar por escaleras, con todo y maleta.
Y aunque tiene una banca mecanica para que coloques la maleta y baje por ese medio no es nada funcional muchos huespedes haciendo fila para usarla en lugar de que pusieran a una persona empleado de ellos a bajar las maletas por las escaleras no nada de eso, muchos optamos por bajar la maleta por esas escaleras con el riego de que algun adulto mayor se lastime.
El desayuno fue lo mas basico y decepcionate de todo, Te dan una pantalla donde tu seleccionas el desayuno que tienen es como un desayuno infantil super super basico y me deje llevar por los comentarios que era muy bueno, pero para nada,

夜中ではないが上階の人がうるさかった。
荷物のパッキングのおとや話し声がしばらく続いていた。
